I stood there for nearly 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me and helped me.
The only reason why the “service” was marked 2 stars is because the staff named Chris came from outside (probably after delivering) to help another costumer who was standing there before me, for his 4 orders of pizza.
The young lady that was making pizza only came to the cashier area maked “pick up” to help those that barely walked in to pick up order. BAD Customer service.
If I was her manager, I would have WHIPPED her into shape.
ACKNOWLEDGE People that are standing there to ORDER (how do you guys even have business??) and FOLLOW UP with those already standing there.
I DON’T CARE THAT YOU’RE BUSY!! Follow up and acknowledge even if you’re not the one to take the orders.
I ONLY TIPPED in hopes that ONLY CHRIS gets it, not the Pizza maker/money payment collector!!
Thank you Chris for being pleasant and customizing my pizza.

We usually order from here but the last few weeks have been a failure. Idk if they are running out of ingredients or just shorting customers. Ordered Garlic parmesan sauce on my pizza twice now which is now some how an extra cost here vs Lehi, UT and yet mine came without the sauce 2 separate times now. My tomato sauce pizza had just enough to turn dough slightly pink. The managers and the franchise owner needs to take a look at this place otherwise they’re gonna quickly lose customers. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. Carry out and check before accepting it.

I order dominoes frequently and have not had the issues like I’ve had at this location. Half the time the online delivery is down. I do carryout, and have had to wait 30 minutes past my pickup time. Whatever is going on here, it doesn’t work. Which sucks, Dominoes is my go-to easy meal, and it seems I have to give up on trying to make it work here.
Update: recent order that I tried to make and didn’t go through, apparently did go through on my credit card. I’m glad I caught it, I had to dispute it and get the money back. Officially giving up on this location. Highly recommend to not bother here.

Worthless and completely horrible customer service. I placed an order for pick up so my brother could feed everyone who was helpjng him move, went to load kids in my vehilce in downpour rain. Once I got in the car I saw 2 missed calls that came in back to back so I called it back. It connected me to a completely different location who had no idea what I was talking about and while calling back only 2 minutes after the missed call I got an email my order is canceled. The lady at the wrong store was super friendly and tried to help the best she could but it wasn’t her fault so I let her go and by this point was at the location I had ordered from. I had a sleeping child in the car and it is still pouring. So I parked up front where I could watch the car got out locked it and went in to figure out what is going on. I stand there for 4 minutes with neither of the people acknowledging me I ask if I can get some help she looks at me annoyed “just a minute” then after another 5 minutes she comes up to me “for pick up?” I said no I am trying to figure out why my order is canceled. She says she called me and they were out of 1 thing. Since I didnt answer she canceled it, I said I called back the number that called me and it went to a completely different location who had no idea what order i was talking about. She says well I called. This isnt the first time dealing with issues here but this was 1 time that will determine I don’t come back. Thank you Papa John’s for having great customer service and helpful. And to the south jordan location employee who tried to help she is probably the only reason I will still have dominos just not this location ever again.

The general manager refused a refund and hung up 4 times. Tried to call after the delivery was dropped off to let them know the pizza was wrong, and they hung up after saying oh well. I tried calling back the next day and was hung up on multiple times. I called the district manager and he was unable to process the refund. Terrible service. Horribly rude. Do NOT support this location or the kearns location as no accountability is taken and kindness is vacant when you do ask a question.

Placed an order and waited over an hour went inside and stood there for 30 mins in an empty store called the store no answer they walk up and just cancel my order and say nothing. I literally stood there for another 20 mins before hey said they just went going to make my order period. It’s 10:30 at night i cant go anywhere else for food now because toy wasted my time. I am sick and placed an order online and had my brother go pick it up. The lady argued with my brother saying there was never an order placed and that she can’t take orders in the store only online. Like what??? WE ORDERED ONLINE! what don’t you understand??? Made us pay again even tho the order had been paid for online. Ridiculous service. Burnt pizza. Missing items. Terrible

Ordered online this is the 2nd time I get to the store to pick it up and it has not been started on. Now been sitting here waiting for my order for 20 minutes. Other orders were done first. When asked why this keeps happening was giving reasons for this time by the driver. Don’t know if they are under staffed but I think I will drive a bit farther so I don’t have to deal with other people getting theirs before mine is in the oven. Sad when I watched and heard them order and get it before mine was in the oven. Very unhappy with this
