I had a $50 bill, and some smaller bills adding up to 15 dollars. My bill was $20. He couldn’t take the 50. No one at the store spoke English for me to pay with a credit card. They cancel the order and told me to reorder online and pay with a credit card. So you threw two pizzas away after me waiting an hour over $5… Great work people…

Pizza arrived on time and I am sure did good on the quality check. But from the time it left the store and got to us it does not pass the quality bar. Driver Steven needs to be retrained on handling orders.

They were able to fix this and made replacements that look and taste so good. Changing from one star to four.

The girl at the register didn’t say anything to me when I walked up to her. I asked her if she was ready for me and she goes “yeah”. I tell her I’m picking up and my name. She goes to look it up in the system and claims they do not have my order. I notice two pizzas on the rack directly behind her, which is how many I ordered. I ask her if those are mine, and she says no. So I said “are you sure?” And she looked and it was my order, just as I thought. She apologized profusely which was nice but she’s clearly not being trained how she should be. Also her manager was right there and didn’t even attempt to help me or talk to me. Awful service, and untrained employees. This was last night.

Today is July 7. That man was there again today. Apparently the owner doesnt care about these reviews. Today his excuse was “we ran out of Marinara and that’s why he couldnt add extra sauce to the pizza”. Really guy? 1.5 hours before close? Really? No garlic again on the crust. The store is great when the women are working. This guy is the absolute worst.

Today is April 7. Whoever the only man is working this evening, sucks. He said that they dont do the garlic crust anymore (and that’s literally Domino’s thing) and couldn’t even bother to add the extra sauce ordered. He was more concerned with lightly throwing the pizza box on the counter, saying “no we dont do that” to the complaint that the garlic crust is missing, and proceeded to walk away and go back on his phone. The lady that works there is fantastic and always makes the pizzas right. The guys absolutely suck. Half the pizza is missing cheese as well. Threw the pizza out and going to Papa John’s. AND THAT WAS A FREE PIZZA that points had been saved up for. AVOID THIS STORE.

I usually give 5 stars on everything but lately it seems like the employees that were so amazing to us and always made everything right are no longer there or they’re not there often. The new employees or employees that have been transferred in do not have the same kindness, compassion, or respect for regular customers like me. I used to go every 3 days. I get the same thing every time and my 6yr old special needs kid became best friends with all of them. He loved them! Now our pizzas are coming out terrible, then when I ask to have them replaced the manager Michael or Jeff I don’t know what his real name is because when he answered the phone he called himself Jeff but when he made me prove my pizza was destroyed he gave me his email and it had the name Michael. He was rude and told me he knows my pizza was made good because he made it. But the pizza looked like it had been dropped but also did not have the topping I wanted on it. I asked for Asiago cheese because the app did not add it. I went inside before they started making it to ask if they could do that. I offered to pay for it he said no it’s fine I’ll put it on it. But then when I called to complain that my pizza was demolished and no Asiago. He made me feel guilty and like acted like he was the nicest guy ever for giving me the Asiago for free. He already had messed up a pizza of mine a week prior to this as well, and was acting like I was lying and made me prove it. Which I did because I took lots of pictures. He replaced it but was very rude about it. My pizzas are never good anymore. I’m about to stop coming but I keep going hoping maybe one of the workers we love will by chance be there again. Why did you get rid of the best employees dominos?

Seeing other people’s reviews makes me feel less bad about writing a truly honest review about this Dominoes. Now I do know that when you order Dominoes… you’re not doing it for 5 star pizza that was made by a local shop owner- I feel like there’s a certain vibe of pizza you shoot for and I’m pissed that I didn’t get my typical Dominoes quality poor-ness. Instead the pizza matched the freezer section. The crust was bone dry… where’s my typical greasy wonderland?? I added on extra extra mushrooms and was left with what I can only imagine is one whole mushroom cut up (be so fr). To sweeten the pot- the original price was $28 for one large pizza It would’ve 100% been okay if they had actually let me know my order was ready- they never shot me a text to let me know my cardboard was done. I really was hoping for better (not artisan quality, I mean it IS Dominoes) and I’m sad to say I didn’t get it.

The Domino’s Pizza located at 153 E 4370 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84107, offers a reliable and satisfying experience for pizza lovers in the area. Whether you’re ordering for a quick dinner, a casual gathering with friends, or a last-minute meal for game night, this location has built a reputation for delivering consistent quality and friendly service.

One of the standout aspects of this particular Domino’s is the speed and efficiency of their service. Whether ordering online, through the app, or by phone, the process is seamless. Orders are typically ready within the estimated time, and for delivery, the pizzas often arrive hot and fresh. The Domino’s Tracker is a helpful tool, allowing customers to follow the status of their order from preparation to delivery, which adds a layer of convenience and transparency.

The staff at this location are generally attentive and courteous. When picking up orders in-store, the employees greet you with a smile and ensure that your order is correct before you leave. On the few occasions when there might be a mix-up or delay, they are quick to resolve the issue and maintain a positive attitude, which helps create a pleasant customer experience.

As for the pizza itself, Domino’s continues to offer a range of options that cater to different tastes and dietary needs. The menu at this location is consistent with the national chain, featuring everything from classic pizzas like the Pepperoni and Deluxe to more specialized offerings such as the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza or the Pacific Veggie Pizza. One of the highlights of Domino’s is the ability to customize your pizza to your exact preference, with options for different crust types (like the popular hand-tossed or crispy thin crust), a variety of sauces, and a wide selection of toppings.

The quality of the pizza at this location is on par with what you would expect from Domino’s. The crust is well-baked, not too doughy or overcooked, and the toppings are generously portioned. The balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings is consistent, which helps avoid that soggy or overly greasy experience that can sometimes occur with fast-food pizza. While Domino’s may not be the go-to for gourmet pizza, it delivers on its promise of a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

Aside from pizza, this Domino’s offers a variety of sides and desserts that round out the menu. The breadsticks, cheesy bread, and chicken wings are popular choices for those looking to add a little extra to their meal. The Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes are a sweet treat that adds a nice finish to any order. For those seeking more than pizza, the pasta dishes, like the Chicken Alfredo or Italian Sausage Marinara, provide a tasty alternative.

One of the key advantages of this location is its convenience. Situated in a central area of Salt Lake City, it’s easily accessible for both locals and visitors. The parking lot is spacious, so picking up your order is hassle-free. Delivery service is also efficient, with drivers covering a good range of the surrounding neighborhoods.

Pricing at Domino’s is competitive, and the frequent promotions and discounts make it a budget-friendly option. The popular mix-and-match deal allows you to combine different menu items for a reasonable price, which is perfect for feeding a group or trying out different dishes without breaking the bank.

Overall, the Domino’s Pizza at 153 E 4370 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84107, provides a dependable and enjoyable pizza experience. Whether you’re dining in, picking up, or opting for delivery, this location ensures that your meal is prepared quickly and to your liking. My pizza is cardboard, clearly no extra pepperoni or sauce as I ordered it. The employee made me wait more than 5 minutes to help with my carry out. Had me grab my own drinks from the fridge behind the counter. Was annoyed when I asked for a bag to carry them in. Pulling orders out of the oven before they were ready and grumpy all the time. Worst experience at this location and I normally go out of my way to avoid this one. Save yourself the trouble and don’t get food from this one.
