Pizza was horribly undercooked and doughy, I actually drove back and asked for refund. I didn’t get a refund, only a “credit” that’s tied to my account. I haven’t been back since that happened, and have no plans to return. In the past, I felt like their quality was better but they’ve consistently become worse. I will say that staff was exceptionally helpful, and they did want to make me another pizza, it’s just that I didn’t trust them to make it correctly after their mistake.

Had a great experience! Just was doing a carry-out order, but everyone was so nice and welcoming! It was a breath of fresh air with this sad world we live in! Happy to see customer service is still at the top of Dominos priorities! Y’all gotta give these people a raise! I want to give a shout out and a kudos to Kainoa at the store and my driver Katherine. I have had a really rough week and when I called about my order showing as delivered with the app and nothing found and where kind to see what we could do and what was happening and the communication between everyone with kindness and understanding is not common anymore. I really hope that when this is reviewed that you both get the kudos in recognition that you both deserve for great customer service, kindness, patience and also looking into why the app was giving issues about delivery when that’s out of anyone’s control. I definitely appreciate the kindness at the door and on the phone with the actual location.
If you end up wanting to get Domino’s definitely use this location!

We love this location, the pizza is always great! They run lots of deals if you order online, so then it’s an even better value! It’s fun to order their specialty pizzas, but we also really like how you can build your own too!

My order wasn’t ready when I arrived because they were out of a topping I wanted. They tried calling a bunch of times but I don’t answer unknown numbers. One text or voicemail would’ve worked instead of blowing up my phone. I chose a substitute topping for the one they didn’t have and it wasn’t on all the pizzas that needed it.

The manager there was incredible. My order was sent to the wrong location and without question he redid the order and it was ready in 12 minutes. As a long time customer of this location, I highly recommend them.

This was my go to pizza place but the customer service on Sunday night change my opinion of this place.
Online ordering was not working correctly, so we called the store. The operator called my wife sir several times and really didn’t care to help us.
No one offered to take our order over the phone. Shows a lack of leadership at this location. So disappointing.
I was charged twice online but see two credits pending.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
