Every menu item is FANTASTIC !!! The pizzas are delicious. The pasta bowls are all yum. The desserts are dangerous, especially the cinnamon twists…you can’t just eat one !!! I get the plain wings and go to town on them. I use the app and it tells you when the orders is arriving. I’ve always received quick time on the delivery.

My elderly grandparents (both in their 80s) went into this Domino’s today to order a pizza that was advertised as on sale. Because they are on a fixed income, they rely on sales and coupons to be able to afford eating out occasionally.
When they tried to order in person, the staff told them they “had to order through the app.” Like many seniors, they don’t know how to use a smartphone app or online ordering. They even called a family member from inside the store to place the order for them — which already shows how uncomfortable and confused this policy made them feel.
After the order was placed, the total came out to $30 (not the sale price advertised). When my grandmother tried to get the employee’s attention to ask about the price, she was told again to “just use the app,” and was spoken to rudely — no assistance, no patience, no customer service. They ended up walking out without any food, embarrassed and feeling like they were a burden.
This is unacceptable. Elderly customers should never be dismissed or treated as an inconvenience. A business dealing with the public should know how to calmly assist seniors — especially when THEY are the ones told to use technology they don’t understand.

After calling 3 locations and them telling me they do not deliver to my address, I finally called this location and spoke with Cynthia. She also stated they do not deliver to my address, but she would be more than happy to deliver to my address. She was very patient and understanding with my needs and frustrations. Thank you Cynthia.

Not a cool guy. Poor communication, always disrespectful or seems constantly annoyed, bad customer service, very “forgetful” and treats his staff poorly. This is my favorite pizza place and would give it 5 star, but not if this guy continues to work here. It dulls the experience

The pizza, pasta, sandwich was the best from this Dominos. I have other tried other Dominos and this by far is the best hands down. The sweet girl Cynthia was so kind and really listened how we wanted or food prepared. Thanks Cynthia for your outstanding service.

Love the Drive up curbside delivery option. Pizza was ready when I got there, I texted here and they were outside with my order in less than a minute. The pizza was simple but perfect and the price was only $11 with the 50% off online coupon.
