I deeply regret to convey my profound dissatisfaction with the recent encounter I had at Domino’s Pizza. Despite our explicit request and payment for additional sauces, they were inexplicably absent from our order. To compound this issue, the carryout order was considerably delayed, a perplexing occurrence given the notification we received indicating the order was ready. Regrettably, our wait extended by an extra 10 /15 minutes, during which time we were situated in the lobby area that, regrettably, had a minor presence of insects. This experience is all the more perplexing given the apparent lack of activity within the establishment. Placed an order online said it would be delivered in about a hour. Two hours later no pizza, we called domino’s, just to be called all sorts of names and hung up on by a manager name Eric. Decided to drive down and have a conversation. Obviously not with Eric he didn’t want to make things right. Pizza was finally out for delivery, you could tell it was sitting for a while, the pizza delivery guy was friendly but had no charge, he offered to pay the other $6 out of his own pocket na just have him a $10 tip. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with my entire life, I honestly don’t even know how he has any employees working for him cuz I could only imagine the way they get treated by Eric…. Shame on you, Eric, we’ll NEVER be back.

My message to corporate because NO ONE at the storefront answers and believe it or not, neither does corporate: I placed an order at 1:30pm MST at the Roy, UT store. It’s been in quality check since 1:44pm. I called over 10 times, no one an answered. I drove to the store and the lady working said she hasn’t heard the phone ring all day. 3 of this 10 calls were made in the store and I heard the phone ring. The lady didn’t ask for any details of my order, no answers where my order was. I asked for a refund and the lady acted like she didn’t know how to do that. I just resorted to “deliver it when it’s ready”. It’s now 3:10pm MST and no pizza. I’ve again tried to call and no answer. We need an immediate refund and will be declining the pizza when it’s arrived. The past 3 times I’ve ordered from this location, it’s arrived over an hour and barely room temp; making me reheat it in my oven. Check the Google reviews on this page and you’ll read this exact same thing. 1-star reviews all over the place. Will impatiently wait for you to reach out to me via phone so I can vocalize my frustration with this location. Something needs to be done. I’ve now orders Marco’s and it’s on its way to me now; quicker than I can even waste my time writing this text review because heaven forbid you have an actual person to answer the phone.

Worst location probably in the United States. I orders deliver an hour ago. Decided to take it upon myself to go get it. I show up, no one would acknowledge I was even in the store. I finally decided to say something myself so they would notice I was even there. Asked them why they wouldn’t answer their phones and “Elizabeth” said she hasn’t heard the phone ring all day. Little did she know, I was calling the location, clearly hearing the phone. They ignored it just like they ignored me. Come to find out, my order was never started. I then asked for a refund, she didn’t seem to know how to. So I walked out and told them to deliver it when it was ready. What a JOKE! We always have problems with this location. Fire everyone and close it. You’re done with my business and I hope I convince others to lose your business as well.

Do. Not. Order. Delivery. From this location. They will make your order and let it sit for over an hour before they send it out for delivery (and that could take up to another hour with how many they’re doing ahead of you.) just don’t do it. We keep giving them another chance because dominos is my favorite but without fail we get a hard, cold pizza every single time now.

Ok, so I have been to this location 3 times in the last 3 months. The first time (Saturday around 5pm) it took my pizza 45 minutes to make it in the oven, 30 of those minutes I was parked out front and had selected “Here” on the app. Just took forever. But the pizzas were great. The 2nd and third time (week days, around 4pm) the service was lightening fast, the food was super fresh, portions and accuracy of toppings was definitely as expected. I also was able to walk in immediately and get the pizza with no wait. So, not sure what happened between the first and the 2nd/3rd visits, but as of most recently, definitely a 5 star. Will continue to update post if the service reverts back to the same level of the first visit.
