We ordered delivery online. That was easy and very intuitive. We received an email letting us know to expect the order by 6:30. Unfortunately, time passed us by and we didn’t get the order from the porch for 10 minutes after it was delivered. The pizza was cold and dried out. The crust was hard and the toppings were burnt. We take full responsibility for the cold pizza. The brunt dried out pizza is unacceptable. We also ordered pasta with marinara, it was burnt also. We’ve had pizza from this store before without any issues. If this continues we will definitely go somewhere else.

Placed an order online for curbside delivery, my order was almost $30. When I arrived it said my order was ready so I hit the I’m here button and waited. I waited for almost ten minutes before I decided to go in to see what was going on, I thought maybe they forgot. When I came in the guy who was at the cash register was so confused when I told him my order and then said, “oh shoot I gave your order to the wrong person.” He went to talk to some lady in the back and let her know that he gave away my order and that I was here to pick it up. He came back and said “yeah it’s gonna be another 12 minutes, sorry about that.” No offer for a partial refund for their mistake, an excuse of an apology. And the employees just kept talking and goofing off while I had to wait for them to remake my order. So incredibly unprofessional for the staff and how they handled this situation. Very disappointed.

Ordered at 1030pm and the online tracker said it would arrive between 19 and 35 min. Order took over an hour to arrive and on top of that, the pizza was completely cold. Never ordering from this place again. Do yourself a favor and just skip ordering here and order elsewhere. Westside pizza and Pizza Hut do a far better job than this location. As the cherry on top, I tried calling about this order, only to hang up after 20 min waiting.

Domino’s has gotten better since Heather started and our pizza is perfect. Nice and warm. Not too warm. Pizza toppings are the right amount. And the service was excellent. Keep up the good work

This is not my first time having an issue with this location.
My first time, I had ordered two pizzas for a little get together I was having with a small group of friends. I had made sure to order it around 40 minutes before I knew we would want to be eating, but when I had gotten 0 updates on my order at those 40 minutes, I decided to call the location just to see if my app was giving me incorrect info.
Was met with a rude employee on the other side who was very aggressive, and was informed that they had just received a large order and would get to mine as soon as possible. I tried to be understanding about this, but we received our pizzas, finally, another hour after I had called them. Was extremely disappointed, but tried to excuse it as they had told me it was a busy day.
Tonight I ordered a small pizza for myself after I had gotten home from work, expecting it to not be too busy or take too long as it was pretty late. Realized very quickly that they had a price requirement for delivery, so I made sure to be just within it. I did not tip on the app as I had cash that I had wanted to use instead cause I had heard from friends who worked at other locations that drivers get to keep cash tips.
Overall it took around 30 minutes to start my order, prep it, and bake. At this point I was expecting it to only be a short while longer, but apparently a quality check takes 30 minutes alone. Seems a little ridiculous to me, especially for a small plain cheese pizza.
At this point I was frustrated as it was already taking much longer than I had anticipated, and what the app had even said was the estimated time. I was frustrated, hungry, and tired. Honestly just wanted to get my food to eat quickly and be able to go to bed.
No longer was feeling as though my tip was fair based off how everything had been going, and once again, was just wanting to go to bed at that point, but couldn’t cancel more order through the app.
Ultimately when I received the food, it was lukewarm at best, and there was a very lovely message left on the receipt.
After having worked in all different kinds of part time jobs, I am firm in my belief that a tip is earned, it should not be expected. You should strive to be efficient and give good quality on all orders, regardless of if someone tipped more or less. You do not know the entire circumstances of the person ordering.
Truly disappointed by this location. I will note that I have had some good experience with the South Weber location

My boyfriend ordered online at 5:40 pm online, it estimated a delivery in 18 to 33 minutes.
Kept saying driver was 15 min away then 12 then back to 15. Waited a hour for delivery, it was saying it was out for at 6:06. It got delivered at 6:40. We live like 5 min from the place.
Had to reheat our pizza to enjoy warm food.

Sadly we used to order Dominos pizza for our family every Friday. Each time we ordered, it arrived incorrectly from what was ordered and delivered with zero care. We called to confirm our order would be correct after we placed our online order and we were told: we will do what we can but, we are busy. It’s sad they can’t read the order tickets and while the app says “quality check” I can assure you it’s not done. Poor service and I will take my business elsewhere. So disappointed.
