However, we called and spoke to Anthony (very nice, apologetic & probably stressed with new hires) who promised to make new ones and deliver them. 20 minutes later we had fresh brownies delivered. We’ve always been Domino`s fans, so it’s a shame that I feel the Eagle Mountain location completely ripped me off tonight. I bought a $30 starving student card and wanted to use the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE on there. I saw online that large one toppings were $7.99 but knew I’d need to call to order since there is no promo code on the card I have. I called and ordered 2, but when I went to pick it up the workers marked my card and told me I owed $18. I was confused, but when I questioned them they told me that online promotion was no longer applicable. I pulled it up on my phone and showed multiple workers, then they went on to say “oh, well we can’t stack coupons and you’re using your BOGO so we can’t give you the online coupon price.” So great… Glad I spent money to get a coupon that doesn’t save me any money at all. Domino’s your pizzas are good, but if you think your one toppings pizzas are worth $18, you’re out of your minds. Customer service goes a long way, and needless to say, there are SO many pizza places here and Domino’s has lost my business. It’s a shame, because the garlic white sauce with ham was pretty tasty.

We order from this location once a week and have for months and it’s always good pizza- however today it was SPECTACULAR! 11/10 all 3 pizzas we ordered were above expectations. Whoever was working at 5:30pm on 12/16/2025 you are killing it!

The service was great and fast, very friendly and efficient. One of the pizzas had a hole in it but she made a new one and we got an extra pizza for free. You guys are awesome and I loved the 50% off deal on the pizzas.

I ordered a large pizza, a 20 oz. Coke, and an order of cheese-stuffed bread. Not only was my order delayed, but when I called to check on it, the person who answered was insincere and condescending, simply telling me it would take another 15–20 minutes.
When the food finally arrived, the pizza was so overcooked that my children would not eat it. This was extremely frustrating, as Domino’s has always been a family favorite, but lately this location does not seem to care about the quality of the food or service being provided.
Because of the poor quality, I had to purchase an additional dinner from a nearby fast-food restaurant to make sure my family was able to eat. This means I ended up paying for two dinners instead of one, which should never have been necessary.

Ordered a pizza to be picked up an hour later. When I got there, they said they had lost the order and had to remake it and it would be 15 minutes but I had to leave so we asked for it to be delivered since it wasn’t ready. I gave them my address and they said it would be delivered soon. Got a call saying they put in the address wrong but that they would deliver it soon. We got the pizza but it didn’t match what we ordered. So we called back and they said they would remake it and send it back out. Waited an hour and got nothing. Called again and they said it got sent out with another order so they would remake it and send it out. Never received the correct pizza. Disorganized and terrible customer service.

I don’t know why the drivers will not ring the doorbell to let you know the pizza is there. I do not have it marked to drop at the door only. No customer contact. Every time I order pizza from this location, they leave it at the door. And not let us know that it’s here. It’s a good thing I use my tracker however, my pizza was still cold. It’s 40° and raining outside. Why would you just leave it at the door?

Ordered our pizza for pickup but when we get there they say they lost our order. Asked them to deliver since we had to get home. Get the wrong pizza delivered…. Called and told them said they would remake and redeliver…. Lost the order again…. Said they would make it and redeliver it again…. Never got it. I’m usually pretty patient with customer service as long as they do make it right but this is pretty inexcusable…. Super disappointed in this service and we will not be using this dominos again.
