This place has gone downhill. Almost every item had an issue. The pizza that was supposed to be New York style was switched with the other one that was supposed to be hand tossed and the cheesy bread was supposed to be regular instead they gave us pepperoni cheesy bread and that’s just gross.

I have been ordering from this location for a very long time now; basically since it opened its doors. It’s always been, you know, Domino’s Pizza, so my grading scale is what I would consider average. I don’t know what’s happened as of late, but the quality has dropped significantly. I guess it tastes OK, and it shouldn’t really matter, but it looks sloppy, it’s not cut correctly, and usually not cut all the way through.
I just recently ordered a salad (I know, a salad?), and was discouraged to see that it was soggy and rusty, and basically uneditable. I called the location and they told me “that’s what our salads look like“
I’m not entirely sure what’s happened over the last six months or so but I’m not sure if this is where you wanna order your pizza from. There are lots of different options now; take advantage of one of those.

I honestly wish I could give this place any more than a 3 star rating. So for Domino’s pizzas odd new ‘6 7’ deal i ordered pizza at the reduced rate of 6.70, and i was able to afford it, but regularly its a good thirteen dollars per pizza. So on price, this place was good, and the pizza was nice, it tasted great, but sometimes there were olives and other stuff i didnt ask for, and that kinda made me upset because im a bit of a picky eater. On everything else i think they were not very good. I was doing my best to order well and i did but i had to ask for two pizzas several times, and while waiting the staff randomly screamed at each other for no reason. Then when time came to get my pizza i dont think they talked very loud because i didnt hear my order and was alerted some time later apparently that i missed it . While sitting doing and putting my hand on the table i think its worth noting that i got some weird grime that took a little effort to get off on my hands. Good pizza, poor service and cleanliness.

Ordered Delivery, pizza arrived really fast! But opened our pan pizza it’s doughy, take it back to store manager says you have to order it WELL DONE?? I had enough points for a free medium pizza and I bought a large speciality pizza. The cheese medium pizza had barely any cheese on it. We tried but The kids would not eat it so I called them. They said that they would deliver another pizza and we waited and waited. I finally called them to ask when they were going to arrive. They said they delivered it When I open the front door. It was on the ground basically frozen. No knock on the door or no ringing the door bell. Both people who answered the phone were polite. This isn’t my first issue with this location. I’ll be deleting the app. We will be getting pizza from a different company.

Ordered on a Friday night for pick up and when we got home it was completely the wrong order. Called and were told we had to drive 20 minutes back to return the pizzas and they would give us the correct order. Arrived at around 7:15 and the person at the register had no idea what I was talking about. Explained it all again and the manager came over to help but was very rude. Said I had to wait for them to make the correct pizzas even though we were told on the phone 20 minutes earlier that they would be done. Manager asked who we talked to which the person never gave us a name. She became more aggressive with the situation. After driving 20 minutes to get the first incorrect order and then being told to drive another 20 minutes back for the correct order and then being told I had to wait and wanting to know who I talked to was a little upsetting. The manager started yelling at me telling me to stop being the victim when it was their fault for giving me the wrong order and yes I was the victim because of their poor customer service. Worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I own several fast service food businesses and as an owner I’d be appalled if one of my managers acted that way, let alone inconvenienced a customer like that.

I ordered a pizza and they put cinnamon and sugar on the crust instead of the garlic seasoning. I got one call from the manager of the store who said they would apply a credit to my account. This was after putting in two support tickets. I never received a credit or a refund. I have since put in another two tickets and no one has gotten back to me The service is absolutely ridiculous. I should not have to put in 4 separate support tickets to receive help. Go anywhere else because if they screw up your order, they have no intention of helping you.

I’m a Domino’s lover. This location just can’t cut it. We’ve been using it for a couple years and whether it’s delivery or pick up something is always wrong and they are usually minimum half a hour behind what they tell you. They delivered the wrong order once and we told them, they came back TWO HOURS later with what should have been our order but it was wrong again. You just give up at that point lol. Still use them all the time but it just sucks.

I order here an embarrassing amount. Domino’s is my kids’ favorite – deep dish, extra cheese, extra pepperoni! These guys are consistently good, accurate and fast. I’ve only had a problem once on Halloween, which I can understand it’s a very crazy time to order pizza and they are very busy. One kind young woman went out of her way to make it right and fix the problem. My wife prefers other pizza but me and the kids are big fans. Thank you!

Thanks for the food poisoning fellas! More than half of an entire party, (16 people) adults and children, fell ill with food poisoning within 24 hours of consumption. Really loved the projectile vomiting complimentary to the service provided. Top tier.
