Usually a great place to buy pizza. I’m also a fan of the wings, however I’ve been opting for the wingless-popcorn(?)chicken with the mango-habanero sauce on the side. The crust is usually not too crunchy, but is also just the right amount of crunchy. And their garlic butter crust is my absolute favorite crust. When the $9.99 or 50 percent off deals are in full swing I usually tend to spend a bit too much of my money at this restaurant…tastes great, the building looks nice, the customer service is excellent, and the speed at which one can pick up their order there ( and expect good pizza) is perfect for me. Dominoes has become my favorite pizza-chain restaurant!

I went in and got a pizza with my wife because I was having a good day. I went to the location and circled the block to find a place to park. Finally I made it in paid for my pizza and gave them a tip. Afterwords I drove home and opened my pizza just to find that they had taken a small slice from it. Like what the hell. That is completely unacceptable. If employees want pizza bother your employer or buy one but don’t take from the customer.

I placed an order around 2pm for a 5pm pickup, once I arrived at 5:01 I checked in via text assuming my order would be out within a few minutes. 5:15 rolls around still nothing so I checked in with the tracker on the app. Finally had an employee walk by so I asked them for an update and was met with a rude driver(white Subaru forester) he told me there were 40 orders and mine would eventually be out and he didnt know what to tell me. I said that I had been for 20 minutes at that point he said I can wait or go inside. So I waited a few more minutes still nothing, I finally went into the location and my food had been sitting there. The kid at the counter said they were busy and probably missed it. My food was cold. If you cannot get someone’s order to them at the requested time maybe do not offer curb side. I watched 4 drivers and one bicyclist come in and out several times… as if they couldn’t come out to give an update or deliver my food. 1 star isnt even good enough.

Who delivers a pizza that is completely burnt and then they have the phones at the local store turned off. The delivery line will not help and only sends you to the store line that hangs up because it is set to not answer.
The online help sends you to a phone number that is not available as well.

They are too quick! A good problem to have. I know the Order form has a spot to delay pickup for carry-out orders, but I didn’t see it and I was already at the check-out page. I called, but the deed was done, the order was prepared, and the pizza was in the oven. Amazing speed and unbeatable price. In the words of the ever-eloquent P.G. Wodehouse:

I have never had any issues with my order at this Domino’s. I never feel like delivery takes a long time. When I have picked up the process is quick and easy. The employees are always kind and helpful.
