Ordered a pizza online with special instructions, made sure to go out of my way to order it without the Garlic Buttery Crust under the special instructions… I have a mild allergy to Garlic. Even though the “Past Orders” doesn’t save special instructions, I edited the order as always in order to not get sick from smelling the pizza. The pizza arrives, Garlic Buttery crust. I called the store, and was blamed for not specifying. Not sure if it’s the website, or the manager who was in the wrong, but please, if you love yourself, or your family, don’t eat here. Drive to another Domino’s, or a little Caesar’s nearby. The staff here would blame your death on you rather than get to the bottom of their franchise mistake.

Wasn’t thrilled!!! Usually love it but was disappointed. Problems once again with their online ordering. No compensation or even a sorry when one person says they will bring it out to the car and wait forever to only go in and get it myself when they knew full well I ordered and waited in the car for it. Pizzas were sorely lacking in toppings which I could expect elsewhere.

New Review since prior. : Decided to try them again. This time ordered pizza, it went it, came out…sat around for 10 minutes before it was quality checked….Then it sat…and sat…and sat. Their tracker is very spot on. It sat for 45 minutes. When my order arrived….The tots were cold and mushy and coming apart. The pizza was cold and congealed so badly that the cuts couldn’t be seen anymore and the grease had started to congeal on the pizza. At that point they decided to deliver it, why I do not know. But it should have been remade. Poor quality product, no quality assurance before it goes out the door. Would definitely NOT recommend. Call Pizza Hut, they will at least give you a hot product. I mean come on, the tots that need to be hot…were grossly cold, thats just wrong. And the Ranch had sat under the heat lamp with the order and was obviously cooked and then left to recongeal, the ranch separated…. Not happy.

I personally prefer Dominos as far as take out pizza restaurants go. Always taste delicious. And you can tell they use fresh products. Not only is there one located very close to where I live. So my order is always super quick and steaming HOT when it arrives. But it happens to be my the best one in Casper. I have to say that I literally used to drive all the way across town just to do carry out at this particular store.

My last visit was the turning point of ordering pizza for me. One pizza was just fine (cheese) but the other they apparently messed up (pizza is pizza but oh well) and they remade it way too quickly. They didn’t spread the toppings and both pizzas were just grease puddles.

We love our neighborhood Dominos and our boy loves their lava cakes! Always prompt and the app is excellent without any glitches! Their drivers are always courteous and friendly! We will use this venue for many orders I am sure!!! Great service WyoBlvd Dominos!!!
