I called Domino’s tonight at 4:00 and ordered a large pepperoni and sausage Pizza with pineapple. It took the cashier three times to take down my debit card number she was very nice when she asked where she wanted it delivered to I asked her to deliver it to Ole Tavern. She said she didn’t know where that was at apologized and said she was from Payette so I explained where the bar was at that I live behind it but we have the same address and I will wait she told me the credit card went through and it would be between 30 and 45 minutes they are less than 2 mi from me I said that would be fine and explain the bar would be closing at 5:00 p.m.. at 5:00 p.m. I called Domino’s and the person on the other end of the line said they did not have my order I was shocked I asked yes I made an order you took payment I’ve been waiting an hour the girl said I would have to reorder and it would be another 45 minutes I said this is unacceptable and I think you should be offering me a free pizza or at least half the price of $25 then the manager Jeff got on the phone was very rude and disrespectful to me as a new customer I explained the situation and ask him can you please send me the pizza and cut the price in half and he said no I would have to pay full price and wait another 50 minutes I have to say I became a little angry and told him this is unacceptable customer service he said he didn’t care and if I don’t like it don’t come here and kiss off I wasn’t too happy with that response they need to find a new manager for Domino’s in Weiser their customer service is horrible and the manager needs to be replaced he needs to be fired

Every time I’m in Weiser, I always eat at Dominos and the food has been great. Only once did they mess it up, but they made it right shortly after. The food is consistent and always good. Definitely one of the strongest Dominos pizza joints I’ve ate at in a while.

We order from here often, and these guys are always friendly, consistent, and on time! That being said, it’s seldom we venture in-store thanks to car side and delivery, but the atmosphere inside has been comfortable.

3 pizza places in Weiser. Nice to switch it up every now and again. The greatest pizza ever? No. But the deals, change in style, new items makes it fresh and the employees are always friendly and awesome. Open later than anyone, which can be a benefit too. Don’t sleep on Domino’s.

This is a bad location and very poorly managed. I made an order of a couple sandwiches and some breadsticks. I asked for a Simone request if no garlic sauce on anything due to an allergy. I again asked to confirm when I picked up my order (from the owner). He said there isn’t even garlic on that side of the kitchen.
Sure enough, as soon as I get home I find the breadsticks covered in garlic.
This isn’t a “whoopsie”. This is a life threatening allergy.
