This is my third time going to Adour Bistro. This is different for Bayonne as it is laid back and relaxed while listening to chill music, similar to that of Sade.
I spoke with George, who is friendly and engaging. I also learned he is the owner and can make great high quality drinks. He takes a personal touch to greet everyone that comes in. If you are tired of the regular places, this is the restaurant to go to for a whole new experience. A great ambience and great quality food and drink.

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The drinks crafted by George were next-level — creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious! The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The grilled octopus was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated — and the fresh oysters were some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for incredible food, impeccable service, and great vibes, Adoure Bistro is the place to go!

Adour Bistro is truly a hidden gem in Bayonne, and if I had to rate it, this is hands down the #1 restaurant in town. There may be older, more upscale, and pricier establishments around, but for consistently excellent food and drinks, this is the place to be.
The dishes are always cooked to perfection, the cocktails are creative and expertly crafted, and the atmosphere is both friendly and relaxed. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have never once been disappointed.
Chef Andrew is outstanding—we feel so lucky to have his talent here. And George’s cocktails? Absolutely spot-on. (Fun fact: he even makes his own limoncello for the lemon spritz!)
Just to give you a taste of our most recent visit: we enjoyed an Italian Manhattan, a watermelon martini, syrniki (farmer’s cheese pancakes), blintzes, and steak & eggs. Everything was flawless.

Amazing dinner. Truly a hidden gem in Bayonne. Quality food, drinks, and service. Can’t wait to visit again. We enjoyed the grilled octopus to start with some speciality cocktails. I had the pork ribs for dinner, which were so tender, and my partner had the hanger steak which was cooked perfectly. The best dining experience! Visit soon and visit often!

Amazing restaurant with wonderful menu, great atmosphere and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. My favorite starter is tuna tartar, I strongly recommend it, and as for the main course, I’m conflicted. My group had duck, steak, monk fish and lamb. Everything was delicious! My only recommendation is to leave some space for dessert. My absolute favorite is the Forest, everyone should try it at least once. Very close second is ice cream with black currant preserve, so subtle and refreshing. Everyone in my group loved everything they ordered. Special thanks to the host for recommending really good wine. Will definitely come here again ❤️❤️❤️
