Don’t know who is making these pies today but it was absolutely disgusting, sauce tasted rancid and no cheese on a cheese pizza! My daughter stopped eating because it tasted funny, I took a bite and yup this pizza is jacked. Old tasting and rancid! Called about it but duhhhhh was all I got on the other end.

We love their extravaganza pizza but you have to watch them on their pricing. I discovered that I’d been overcharged 3 times. This last time I brought it up and got charged correctly but I feel ripped off. We’ll order again but I’ll be very definite about the pricing.

This is for my latest experience only. Wish I could tell you about the pizza, but I never got it. I ordered curbside delivery, it said estimated 27-37 minutes. I parked directly across from the door 26 minutes later and waited. And waited. And waited. After 60 minutes, out of principle, I called them up about my pizza. Oh sorry, we’ll get it right out to you. After 63 minutes, still no pizza so I left. You’d think after that long they’d grab it and bring it out immediately, but didn’t.

We have been ordering delivery from here for years. It has progressively gotten worse, but this last experience was awful. They need a visit from the health inspector. I got extreme food poisoning from their chicken parm sandwich. I was violently ill after eating it. The two pizzas we also ordered were burnt and not edible. Also, the first delivery was someone else’s order. They fixed it and brought the correct one, but it was a waste of money and tip since the pizzas were hard and burnt. And let’s not forget the food poisoning from the sandwich. We won’t be ordering again.

It was New Years Eve. I had to wait close to an hour to PICK-UP the pizzas when the app said 30 minutes. I had 2 kids in the car, it was below freezing outside and a partner calling every 5 minutes about getting home. The manager was very nice but I don’t think I will be back. $25 for 2 pizzas with no guarantees .

Ordered two sandwiches at about 730. At 845, the app still said “prepping your order.” We called to see if something was wrong and they said it would take another 45 minutes. We live 3 miles from the restaurant. They hadn’t even started making it. This is the second time this has happened. Last time it took over 3 hours to get the food. When we called, they didn’t seem to care one bit. We cancelled the order, and they just said “ok” and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service. I understand places are having staffing issues, but they could have offered something to make it right. They did nothing. Avoid!!!

I’ve honestly never had a problem with customer service Or ordering from here. I tried ordering over the phone but all his responses were “I don’t know” and I could barely hear anything he was saying. So I ordered online with cash for pick up. I got there and the kid that helped me was quite, no customer service skills what’s so ever. I had two orders and he read my orders off to me I gave him 40$ he handed me back 4$ even and no receipt and brings me my food. I asked him how much it was total and he said whatever the two orders were together. I said I need my receipt and he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have one so I told him to print it off for me. My total was 33.88 now all he gave me was 4$ He still owed me 2.12$ Which I told him he still needs to give me the rest of my change! I received no apologies, nothing. I don’t know if he was new but he needs more training or he definitely shouldn’t be handling anyone’s money if he can’t do simple math or have any customer service skills.
