I absolutely love this branch. It’s right near the college, and having late hours makes it amazing for late night meals. It’s powered many a late night study session. The service is always great and they are really trying their best at this joint. Love the people here.

0 stars. Ill never order from a dominoes ever again. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any delivery driver ever. $25 worth of food selected cash on the app tried to pay with $50 american frickin dollars. No denomination limits are given. Was gonna tip the guy $5 even after he already got lost. He looked at me like I was insane. He Had to call manager to make a decision (who wasnt available) just made me stand there and wait for like 5 mins. once they finally got connected He talked to another employee who said he would do it. But at that point man I’d kinda had it. Didn’t want to tip wanted my exact change back they said no and took the food back. You guys suck. Actually.

I was not personally in the store however this does not fall on the general manager or the employees themselves.The issue is with the manager Joshua he was rude, unintelligent unprofessional, and sent his new driver out, unprepared and uninformed.The way that he spoke to me on the phone was unacceptable. I told him to please lose the attitude with me and he hung up on me so I called back and informed him that I would be calling his corporate, me and my family order from this Domino’s quite frequently and have never had an issue with such rude service and a rude person, in our whole entire experience ordering through Domino’s I am going to feel safe and assuming that this manager is newly appointed and should probably be unemployed and unappointed as soon as possible. As I said before, this review does not reflect on the store itself, but on the service received on this day and on the one person responsible for the inaccurate service and the rudeness that he so graciously provided when trying to figure out how to resolve the problem.

Ordered some pizzas from this Domino’s last night as part of the extended Cyber Monday 50% off promotion to cheer up my fiance who was having a bad week. We always ask the driver to bring extra cups so we can drink the 2L, as we are new to our apartment and don’t have cups of our own yet.
Not only was I promised cups we did not receive, our pizza was a disgusting mess! One came just fine, but the Brooklyn style Ultimate Pepperoni (we added diced tomatoes) was a mess.
When the pizzas arrived, the driver knocked over our 2L and it was shaken up, which I could deal with. He then lifted the lid slightly on both pizzas to check quality, said everything looked good, and departed. When I got upstairs to serve the pizzas, the Ultimate pepperoni was a crumpled mess, was drowning in grease, and smelled bad as well. I could tell the crust was likely not fully cooked though I didn’t bother to test it.
We immediately called back. The store representative informed me the store had not had cups in stock for 3 weeks as no one really asks for them. I was frustrated, as the previous rep said she would be sure to include them in our order.
The real issue came when I spoke to the manager, Jacqueline. Though she was happy to remake the pizza and send it back out, that wasn’t the only thing I wanted. She also said there was “nothing we can do” about the grease due to the pepperoni. Since her driver thought that was an appropriate quality to serve me, I asked if there was anything else she could offer us for the terrible experience- thinking we could get a free soda or dessert or 10% off our next purchase, or at the very list remove the cost of this pizza from our order entirely. Not asking for the world, just a little something to make us feel better, as we’ve had issues with their customer service before.
Her response? “That’s what the remake is for ma’am.” No, I’m sorry I cannot offer you anything else, no I understand this was frustrated but the remake is all I’m allowed to offer. It then took a full 30 minutes for the order to be ready to leave, even though we were told it would be remade right away. Thankfully the second pizza was good (and far less greasy, though we were told it was unavoidable), but I sent the first one back with the new driver so the manager could see exactly what sort of quality they had served to us!
Please pictures of disgusting pizza quality below! We will NEVER order from Domino’s again while we live here, since we can’t even order from the other locations due to where our apartment is located (we do not have a car to drive over for carry out). I will also be contacting corporate.

These aren’t even eatable… burnt broken and litterly thrown in the box. The rest of the food was at least eatable. However it all showed up cold. So appeartently, this locations standards have significantly dropped.
So I guess I’ll be ordering Papa John’s from now on when getting pizza

They usually do alright. A little to be desired with how the staff engages with their customers, but they can’t all be winners, can they? Night time, young people with underdeveloped social skills and careless mindsets toward that, ya I remember being 21. Not too worried about it. Never anyone outright rude. Plus it’s right down the street, so on location, fantastic job guys. Food is usually at least decent, excellent once or twice. Visit once every two months probably.

Ordered in and the delivery was literally stellar! On time, exactly as ordered and the pizza was exquisite! A morning starting at 7:30 a.m. was spent with marvelously talented nurses, a fascinating doctor, who advised I was likely his last patient due to his upcoming retirement and a giant metallic beast whose boss technician definitely knew his stuff. Once I was settled on my belly,and into its open maw, with the overpowering warmth of a sedative racing through my veins it was lights out buttercup until awakening a little later feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world if only I could have a slice of my favorite pizza… being without any food or drink since 6 p.m. the evening before! Upon arriving home ordered two of Domino’s finest and received it within 20 minutes! I don’t think pizza ever tasted so good. If every patient facing a fairly serious radiological procedure could have the same experience, they would be among the luckiest people on the planet!
