This is the place if you like to be verbally abused when you don’t receive your order! Mistakes happen and orders get lost when it gets busy, it happens, but Management went above and beyond to make the situation worse by solving the problem with swearing and hanging up. Highly recommend ordering if you want some drama but don’t need food.

This place is the worst. Sometimes your order will be canceled if you order online because they “ran out of everything”. Sometimes they will not even tell you they aren’t making it and it will never show up. If you somehow do receive your food half the time it ends up looking like garbage. This is especially true with the sandwiches. I received a sandwich recently that looked like it had been soaked in water. Additionally, I’ve been to the store in person and heard the employees complaining about how they aren’t tipped enough, so who knows what they are doing to your food. Would not order from here.

Order is always missing something, whether it be a topping or an entire sandwich missing! I’ve called and been put on hold for 20 minutes and also outright hung up on while trying to get my order fixed! Online orders are often cancelled with no notice and just never show up.

Bathroom didn’t work, no hot water, and they were making pizzas out of one side of their food bar because the other one wasn’t working. Would have health concerns if you decide to eat here. If they let it slide one day they may let it slide for you and lie to you. Treat yourself to better food and don’t eat here. There has also been at least one time we saw food being delivered inside of a U-Haul instead of a refrigerated truck.

I have been up since 2:45am this morning and have to do the same tomorrow, so thought I would get Domino’s for us. I ordered a pizza which was good but could have been better. I also ordered a honey bbq wings but was given garlic parmesan instead. So I called them and told them what had happened. I was asked if I could call back in about 25 min because there was a rush coming in. I replyed that I really couldn’t because I needed to get to bed. He said ok and told me to hold on. I held on for a20 minutes which was my time wasted. Guess next time I will order from somewhere else. This happens a lot and mainly on the evening/night shift. I really like the wings but I need my rest to get up at 2:45am, and I was clearly shown that my time was not valued.

So, I live in Almont. I just moved here from Grand Junction, so this would be my first experience with this specific Dominos location. I used the app and I selected curbside pickup where they bring it to your car. I placed my order at 7:10PM. The app said my order would be ready between 7:32-7:42. No worries, I’m in Almont, it’ll take a me a second to get to Gunnison. So I drove and I pulled into the parking lot, the second spot from directly in front of the store front. It was 7:32 when I pulled up exactly. I checked in on the app and followed the instructions of turning on my hazard lights to make it easier for them to find me. I had no problem waiting at all. But when it was 7:57 and no one had come out yet, and the same delivery vehicle had left and returned TWICE is when I get annoyed. I called the store and I spoke to a girl. She said she was sorry and that they had a bunch of new people working so they may not know what they’re doing. Whatever, I get it. So she says she’s sending someone right out… I wait until 8:06 and am turning off my car, my hazard lights, everything to go inside. The kid is at the door and looks around as if he’s lost with my food in hand. So I turn my car back on and turn my hazards back on. He came over and still looked lost when my window was down and looked like he was going to the car in front of me which had no driving lights or hazard lights on. I didn’t get my food till 8:10. This is a disappointment. I’m not a “Karen” usually but damn, I’m a Karen today apparently. Lol Do not recommend this Dominos location. I only ordered a pizza, cheesy bread, and an 8 piece chicken.
