Tried out the new chipotle. Normally I would give them a pass since they are new but there was a trainer there and this seems like a pretty standardized place.
We put on an order online. I make sure to click that I will do in restaurant pickup. I show up. I forgot an item on the order so I go through the line. When I check out. I let the girl know I am also waiting on an online order. She asked the name. I give it to her. She states she will let them know. I sit in clear view of her and the guy in the back making the to-go orders. I see him making several orders and I can see they are busy but not slammed. I give him time. I see what I think is my food but could be anyone’s. When he is done he puts it in the drive thru to-go. He makes several other meals and 10min later he wraps those up and I’m still sitting there. The app does not tell me if it is ready or not. I finally go ask and he is like “ oh I didn’t know you were waiting in an order” I told him, that’s a lie, I watched her tell you I was here waiting. He says “oh sorry here your stuff”. I get home, everything is cold and soggy. Very disappointing. Never had an issue at the one on south carefree. Tried this one since it was closer now. I will drive the extra distance.
Also the trainer or manager that was there was very rude to the staff. She was butting in as they were doing stuff and pulling the scoops out of their hands as they were helping people and rushing through orders. You could tell all the employees were tired of her.

Just visited the new Chipotle that opened up in this prime location and it did not disappoint. The place is spotless, the staff is super friendly and energetic, and the service was impressively fast. My order was made quickly and exactly right, and the whole team clearly works well together. You can tell this location is being run really well. If you’re in the area and craving Chipotle, this is definitely the one to go to.

Tastes just like Chipotle! Substandard food for way too much money.
They must have mixed their hot sauce in the steak. It was way overly spicy for not having ordered sauce on anything we ordered. I love spicy food but only when there’s flavor. Their hot sauce and steak had none.
Maybe this is just newly opened jitters but still, Chipotle in general is like Starbucks. Ever since both brands went national, they’ve been just a shadow of what they once were.

Waited in line to order. Got to the counter and they were out of chicken at 530pm on a Wednesday they had to grill up more and said it’d be 10 minutes at least. Poor management.
