These are our “alfredo” bread bowls. We live far out from domino’s and have to drive-in to pick it up. When we called Michael the “manager” Was so disrespectful it was not funny. He implied that we were lying as though we could somehow remove the sauce from these noodles, and hung up on us. I’m waiting for a call from another manager but given Michael’s demeanor I highly doubt that will happen. The advice that they give our money back but at this point it is late, we are hungry, and we have been treated been treated like garbage by an employee. Look at these noodles and see if you think they ever had any Alfredo on them because Michael assured us that we were incorrect and his manager had made the order. The poor dinner experience was bad but the customer service was absolutely tragic. I hope that Michael does not answer the phones regularly. If you see this review please pass the pictures to Michael So he can see That not only was he wrong for calling a customer a liar but he is in fact incorrect.

Today is my dad’s birthday and super last minute I wanted to do something extra for him so I called the store gave my order information and asked the lady if there was any way they could write ’53’ in pepperoni on the pizza, there was a long pause and then she said “yeah we can do that for you” she was so polite and very helpful, then just 30 short minutes later the pizza arrived and I showed my dad and he thought it was hilarious! I looked at the receipt and she had given me a 15% off discount, all I have to say is thank you very much dominos for making my dad’s night

Got a free pizza today using my points that I’ve collected! Was super excited about that! My favorite pizza place and go to! Worker was super friendly and got out out in a timely manner.. Store is always clean and quiet.. Will always recommend

I said I would post more reviews after my horrible service. I posted one stating they did good. After that post it has been nothing but disappointment. So, yes I was right! They think you will not follow up. The very first correction was great. Decent time, decent toppings. The next..HORRIBLE. Again, skimpy on everything even though again we asked for extra. We paid for extra cheese/toppings and they said we would get a discount due to prior service. The only discount we got was waiting longer for delivery and discounted toppings. I always get extra cheese and toppings and let’s just say NONE THERE! I PAID FOR IT! When I attempted to call the store itself noone answered. I sent request by internet and NO RESPONCE. They need to fix managers. I either get good service or dirt (being nice). Do NOT DO SERVICE WITH BLENDE/PUEBLO DOMINOES! By the way we always tipped amazing even though less than a mile away!

Waited over 20 min in the drive through to pick up an online order that was already finished. No one even acknowledged us. We finally got through to the store by calling a few times and a worker came from the back to come to the window when we told them we were waiting over 20 min. While we were waiting we watched as the pizza makers were handling everything with bare hands and then wiping their hands on their aprons, right after they wiped the sweat from their faces with the same apron. For the whole 20 plus min we were waiting not once did they put on gloves or wash their hands after handling many different ingredients and items

If I can give them 0 stars I would! DO NOT order from here they will deliver RAW pizza! Im super pissed off about it Im pregnant and ate a raw slice of pizza thinking it was the cheese but literally it was nothing but dough! So disgusted never will I order from this store again! They couldnt even refund me just give me a store credit which Im not going to use 34$ down the drain thanks dominos you guys suck!
