Avoid this Dominos like the plague! I ordered a Best Deal Ever pizza deal online- any toppings for $9.95. I am not a computer guy and I had trouble ordering my pizza on two separate occasions. I got my first pizza with the toppings that I ordered. The second time was another story. I ordered the same pizza and paid. I checked my pizza after I paid and it was only cheese. I told the supposed manager that took my money that I did not order a cheese pizza . He insisted that I did and refused to try to remedy the situation. He was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I could pay for another one but he would not refund me or try to make the cheese pizza right. $9.95 cheese with or W/O toppings.

I got a carry out order. And ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza. With Buffalo sauce. And all I received was a pizza with no sauce and the only thing on it was chicken and cheese. Everything else was right. But I over paid for the pizza.
Update: Ordered again tonight and still missing a topping that I ordered. Purchased a 3 topping pizza just to still be missing something. Also I have replied to the email in response from the owner and have not heard back from them at all. 🙁

First time ordering from this dominos. Very disappointed. I have ordered my food now 45 minutes ago and the current wait time is 40-50 minutes. I gave them a call since I ordered through the app and they proceed to tell me it will be another 40- an hour wait. I understand being busy on a Saturday night but at least do the customers a favor and change the wait time so I know how long it will take to arrive. The wait time is not accurate what so ever. I could’ve got food somewhere else if I had known this would take 1 1/2- 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas. As a first time customer this is not a way to get me to return.

Normally this dominos is great. But over an Hour wait for one large pizza and wings. And there was only one other car in the line. We were told it was when we pulled in the first time it’d be out in 10 mins. We pull around the second time it still was not ready. So I have not ordered anything from dominos since 2019 and when I say the front lady was nice she was very customer friendly. But she spoke like she read from the book. I’m more concerned about the fact that I had to wait 1 hour for pizza when I was told 25 minutes, I’m currently going away on military and my spouse and child needed dinner as it was a busy night, but when I explained that I was frustrated that it takes 1 hour to make pizza no one cared or accepted anything I had to say alll they had to say was “if you don’t want to wait , we can put it back on your card” I explained I had already waited this long might as well finish it up. But since I’ve been here I’ve seen 4 people cancel their orders, I’m a little concerned about that. But I would have to say I’m highly disappointed in this domino’s experience after 4 years of note having dominos. It’s not very good with time management I would have to say. Good luck to anyone that orders food , I have not yet tried the food as I have not yet received my food . But I will update later.
