Got the dressings for salad without the salad. Have missed sauce on my pizza before. Wouldn’t deliver to my door on the 3rd floor. This place is a joke yet I keep trying it. Probably not any more.

I truly LOVE this Domino’s! I’m a Summit County resident of 17 years, and we have almost always had positive experiences ordering from this Domino’s. The employees are friendly and the food is consistently good. We prefer to order ahead and pick up ourselves. I say this because sometimes the home delivery can be inconsistent. But self-pick-up almost always yields a good result. We are really grateful to have this Domino’s!

Between that, the snark when I asked a question about the $6.99 deal, and finally the tone over not not accepting credit cards. It was the most unfriendly phone interaction I have had in a long time. Ended up hanging up and ordering Windy City instead.

They charged my CC twice. During payment the screen said approved then the kid working the counter said it did not go through and had to ask 2 other people for help. Another guy came up and said I can’t leave because I did not pay and when I showed him the transaction already listing on my CC statement he said that if I get charged twice to come in for a refund. 2 days later and there are still 2 posted transactions so I go in for my refund and they would not do it. The pizza was cold and sad by by the time I was able to get home because it took 15 minutes to pick up my pizza. Told to contact them and then never provided contact info.

We are extremely healthy people. We order pizza maybe once every six months. As you can imagine it’s very exciting and when it arrives subpar that horrible experience stays with you for a long time. The pizza we received not only had zero sauce, but it also lacked the topping that we requested. This led to the most exciting meal of 2026 to be a total and utter flop. Not only did I feel frustration with every bite, I took on the calories and the guilt without any reward. I had to convince my fiancé to order this pizza only a month outside of our wedding date. My saving grace was that it would be so satisfying and rewarding, and taste incredible. However, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Not only have you risked my future wife fitting into her dress, but you’ve also severely scarred my confidence in dominoes that was already hanging on by a thread. My entire family has told me that Papa John’s is the better decision, but I told them that Domino’s has come a long way. Boy was I wrong. Your crust, your sauce, your inexistent Customer experience has led me to seek vegetarian guidance for future nourishment, structural lifestyle. I couldn’t be more disappointed as I’m a Michigan native and passed by your farm nearly every day. We tell our family that Domino’s is a standup organization that has standards above all other pizza organizations because of they’re down home country roots. Today I’ve been made to a liar. Today I’ve been made into a fool. Recourse, in my opinion is nearly impossible and you’ve forever lost a customer. All I wish is that you improve your experience for the next naïve buyer. However, they’ll likely have the same experience and you’ll lose them too. Maybe 2027 will be a better year for Domino’s Pizza.

Consistently the worst dominoes I’ve ever been to/ ordered from. I live about 10 minutes from the store, yet my food often takes an hour or more. Not sure if the drivers are stopping at home for bong rips or what but from the time it says the driver left the store to the time it’s delivered is usually about 40-45 minutes. It has been cold almost every time. Once I ordered extra marinara and my pizza showed up with what seemed to be an entire bottle of barbecue sauce on it instead. Today I got a luke warm pizza and a hot shaken up soda . I’ve given them an unreasonable amount of chances to provide me fresh food and they just can’t do it. I will no longer be wasting money at this place.

I ordered a large with xtra sausage and xtra cheese. There was a total of 12 small pieces sausage with two slices having no sausage. Half the pizza was devoid of cheese. $32 retail price for that is totally unacceptable.

Horrible location and horrible customer service. Delivery drivers marking things as delivered that haven’t been delivered. We didn’t get our food at ALL. Whoever was on the phone wasn’t helpful, definitely sounded under the influence and couldn’t properly do their job. People don’t have money to waste. This is crazy. Do better.
