I was heading in to work nightshift at 10:37pm on December 13th, and I stopped to pick up dinner on my way. In spite of the fact that it was a few minutes before closing time, the employees were friendly, recommended their latest deals, and there was plenty of fresh food, which surprised me since they were so close to closing time. Great service! And kudos to the staff on shift that night for being so welcoming when I’m sure they were just ready to get home themselves!

OVERCHARGED ON PURPOSE! Manager not even apologetic when ‘caught’. My family & I ordered meals there & ordered a chips & guac. It was made very clear & even repeated back by the cashier that we only wanted one chips & guac. The total seemed higher than it should be, but I paid & the cashier shoved the receipt in the bottom of the bag as if to hide it. When I grabbed the receipt, looked at it, discovered what she had done & turned around, she had a clearly guilty look on her face & knew exactly what the issue was without me even telling her. I asked for a manager. The manager came over, just asked me if I wanted my $ back for the extra item I was charged for but didn’t get, but no apology or anything like that. I don’t mind spending the $, but felt I was OVERCHARGED ON PURPOSE due to how they acted afterwards. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly at a chain restaurant like this. There was one employee, Alex (not the manager), who came over to us as we were walking out, apologized & clearly knew we had not been treated right. He acted as the manager should have acted, but sadly & surprisingly did not. I would never return to this location with that manager & would recommend you go elsewhere too!

This place was dirty inside. Maybe cause we came after lunch but clearly nobody was manning the tables and the floor, nor the runover garbage cans. The food on the food line was dried out and or empty. Felt like I was getting leftovers. Nothing was fresh. Our meal was poor at best. Chips were extra salty. Great location for this area and very busy so expect lots of foot traffic.

i’ve had problems with my order the past 3 times i’ve gone here. twice, i ask for EXTRA rice and they give me barely any instead??? and then they also forgot to give me my chips another time. and reporting a problem on the website/app is useless because i don’t want to talk to a chat bot to get a free drink. i want my orders to stop being made incorrectly. i only order in the app, so there’s no excuse for continuously getting it wrong.

Turn around before you consider this location! They used to have great customer service and the portion sizes used to be great. However, after tonight I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location makes me reconsider chipotle in general. The food tasted horrible! The customer service is AWFUL! Management should be ashamed of their employees. They really lack customer skills. Shyanne was beyond rude didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted chips or a drink. I had to request it and not to mention she seemed annoyed when I had rewards to use. All front line employees seemed MISERABLE! Management needs to make a change ASAP or a district manager if they care about customer service and their sales. The portion sizes were terrible on my last visit not even close to an adult size bowl.

FYI:We tried Chipotle at Foothills Mall and it was dirty, poor service and the meat tasted rotten. We threw our entire meal away and nearly swore of all Chipotle restaurants.

This was a tough one to leave. We eat at this location often. My son eats there everyday for his diet. But this particular day irritates me. We ordered online as we always do pulled up to the window and 3 people were there by the diner counter on thier phones. All of them saw us there and even more people came and even went in the area where the window is. Looked right at us and walked away. This is not a drive through window it’s a pick up window. I would think anyone sitting there is waiting to pick up food they ordered. Nobody even came to check despite me tapping on the glass and metal framing. I’d say maybe 10 min went by and finally someone came asked the name and it literally took less than 20 seconds. Now when they gave it to us it was one bag. It’s the same stuff we order every single time and it’s usually 2 bags. I questioned it and they said it all fit. When we got home the bowls were not even full and 2 of them were supposed to be double meat. This is the 1st time for the food to be like that but not the 1st time we waited that long at the window. That has happened twice. Fix this problem I’ll change the review as it’s usually a good place with some apparent bad seeds that don’t want to work.
