If I could give Zero stars I would in an heartbeat Absolutely worst pizza place in town!! the people working seem not to care about delivering a suitable pizza and they keep messing up deliver and making me come inside the store at 11pm for the second time this week unfortunately I’m going to have to go elsewhere to feed my family these guys are HORRIBLE!!!

I ordered a pizza for my mother and accidentally put the wrong apartment number the driver called me to tell me that I had given him the wrong apartment number I apologized and gave him the correct number he made it seem like he was going to deliver it I’m mother was waiting outside for him and he never showed up. So I called the restaurant and asked if they could re deliver the pizza the guy who answered the phone said they could not and so I asked to speak to the manager she did not want to give me her name she was rude when I told her I didn’t want my money back I wanted a pizza she said no I already gave you your money back and hung up. She was rude and very unprofessional. I have worked in the food service industry and the customer should always be treated with respect. Maybe she needs more training!!!!

One of our go-to spots that is close to our home. Quality has gone down a little bit over the past 2 years, but very seldom does the food we order come out extraordinary! We have ordered at many different times during the day and night and the food stays pretty consistent. I think over the 30 times we’ve had food delivered we have only had to get our order redone maybe twice.

We waited over an hour for our delivery, only for the driver “Amber” to deliver it to the wrong apartment. As soon as the app showed it was delivered, we called the store..got placed on hold, then hung up on. When we called back, the employee insisted it had been delivered, even after we explained it wasn’t.
The driver later admitted she left it “by the stairs,” but there was nothing there. Her response was simply that “someone probably took it.” We were then told we could have it remade but would need to wait another full hour with no guarantee it would be delivered correctly this time.
The employee seemed not able to handle this situation correctly so she laughed and said she would just get a manager, the employee kept me on hold for so long I had to hang up and call again, just to request a refund. Once I called back to let her know I was on hold forever so long that I would rather just get a refund she did not apologize or try to make an effort she just said she would do the refund. The entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and frustrating from start to finish.
This location clearly does not value basic customer service or accountability. Based on other reviews, it seems this is an ongoing issue. Management must be awful if this has not been corrected. Do better.

Do not order from this store. They tell you it will be 45 mins then your pizza sits for an hour before it goes out for delivery. I called to ask what the delay was and was told it was because they were short on drivers. Why was that not taken into account when giving the estimated time. It is amazing that things are burnt but still cold when they arrive.

Tried to order a medium pizza and didn’t know that we had to ask for a coupon. It’s $37 without the coupon. Megan proceeded to give me some terrible attitude saying that I “should’ve known”. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced needless to say I won’t be picking up pizza here ever again.
