I placed a really big order for my daughters birthday party and accidentally ordered it for the wrong date. When I called to check on the order, the woman on the phone was so kind and and said they’d get it out right away even though it was my mistake. The delivery driver was also awesome. The awesome staff a this location saved the day for my kiddo’s birthday. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The worst Domino’s location I’ve seen. We switched to this location because the one on research blvd is no longer available. This store is EXTREMELY slow and has 0 quality. We ordered a curbside pizza the other day, it took more than 30 min to be made, then they gave it to us uncut with half the toppings missing. Today we order curbside wings, arrived at the store 15 min after we ordered and waited in the car for litterally 45 min. We could see the staff inside playing games and joking around, and don’t answer the phone we call. When the order was marked as complete in the app, they stopped the timer and still waited around 10 extra min. When finally someone came to give us our order, we asked why did it take too long and why the order was marked as complete 10 min ago and no one bright it to us, he simply answered: “we’re short staffed ‘

Very unorganized. My multiple times they have sent my order cold because it was late. By over an hour. The drivers do not seem to understand how to read basic instructions like “do not knock we have hyperactive dogs” posted on both the door AND ON THE ORDER. By cold food being delivered I mean the cheese dip I ordered was literally a block of cheese when It got to me. Can’t dip it because it was rock hard. This isn’t the first time either. This is basically anytime you order after 7 pm they ruin your food. Horrible management. Horrible drivers.

Horrible service, app said my delivery was delivered never received it called they said the driver was in the neighborhood waited an hour nothing. Called back was put on hold for 9 mins no answer called back and said they would cancel the order but my family and I waited 2 hours wasted with nothing to eat. I asked Is that all because that not right. He said he’d cancel the transaction and send it out again. I asked for his name he said he wasn’t going to give it to me. I said I’ve spoken to 2 people already I need to know someone knows what’s going on rather than speaking to multiple people he than hung up on me.

The quality here is so consistently poor. This is supposed to be an ultimate pepperoni pizza. Barely any pepperoni and bare spots on the pizza. Every time I make the mistake of ordering from here it never holds up.
