We just had our order delivered, and it is the best we have had from here. I believe it was Javaughn (not sure how it was spelled) that prepared or quality checked our order. I’m sure it was a team effort but you can tell the pizzas were made with care. Beautiful and delicious!! Thank you!!

First minus the star. My brother Pedro walked to this location around 10 p.m. for our pizza night, I get off work at 10:30 and most importantly is my brother is handicap missing his left leg from the knee down. It’s been a challenge… so as he walked from our pizza night. Some car tries to scare him by going faster and he fell dropping the two boxes and Cinnabon box. Challenges happen to him crying back to the apartment. I get back and he’s devastated. So I call that store and explained what occurred. They didn’t want to help. Like not one bit. Unfortunately my brother left them on the street and the store wanted every slice. Like I said he left it on the street when he fell. Shame on your store. He now won’t give there again. He week he enjoys walking to get that pizza. Broke my heart. Shame management… Went to the box on the street and this was left. If the homeless got it well that’s okay with me. Can’t believe Domino’s on south Lamar wouldn’t even help my brother who is handicap.

Exact Change Only – I paid for an $11 pizza with a $20 bill and the manager refused to give me change. When I canceled the order and demanded my money back he refused until after I called the police and the dispatcher announced an officer was on the way.
Incidentally, the website has clear and prominent options for normal (wedge) cut, square cut and uncut. To date, after ~4 orders, ‘uncut’ has been delivered in no less than a dozen randomly shaped pieces. One ‘uncut’ pie was delivered both normal >AND< square-cut, resulting in almost 40 triangles.

I have ordered from this location several times for delivery. The deliveries were all super fast. The delivery guy is so nice, and the restaurant has taken very good care of me. A couple times when my order wasn’t quite as expected or something was forgotten, they rushed items to my door to make it right and were very accomodating. Hands down best pizza delivery.

Last night I had a terrible experience with the night crew at dominoes. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes so close to an hour to order my pizza because the online wasn’t working. when I got a hold of someone it was really close to closing so I told them it’s OK if you don’t wanna take my order but the guy said it was fine took my order took my money and then never dropped off my order. This morning I called when opening and the lovely morning manager took care of me very well offering me cheesy bread and drinks In addition to my order. I called at 10 she said that the delivery driver would be in at 11:30 and my order was delivered by 12 just as she promised. Good part on management but please check your crew. I worked in fast food, and I’ve worked with people who are shady I know exactly what he did and he charged me and then took cash out of the drawer because my order was zeroed out when I called. I have changed my rating souly on the manager that was working this morning. Thank you
