This location is a joke and the manager rather argue and tell you that your order looks this way because it was picked up 15 minutes after it’s ready time. I sent my husband back to get this resolved — notice the difference when it’s actually made correctly. We have ordered a few times from this location without issues, but have read on the NextDoor app about the subpar service lately and the manager’s nonchalant attitude about it (pizzas being delivered with missing slices, for example) — so take in consideration all the reviews. The staff, manager included, weren’t even wearing gloves and argued about that too.

I understand Domino’s is a chain but this is the worst Dominos I have ever been too. First off it took them an hour to complete my order, when it said 15 minutes. The notifications in the app told us to come 45 minutes early, so we had to wait super long for them to finish. Secondly the pizza was super undercooked and kind of gooey which is funny because they had so much time to cook it. Lastly the barely put any toppings, and they did not distribute them evenly. I don’t know who is running the operation here, but they severely need to change. It is laughable how bad you have to be to mess up dominos pizza.

The delivery person consistently parks in the handicapped spot outside the store. Not only is this illegal, but the Domino’s is next door to ATI physical therapy. Most of the people are disabled, handicapped or recovering from debilitating injuries. Any business that allows this type of selfish, entitled behavior is not worth your business.

Usually hot & fast delivery. Ordered two pizzas for delivery on a Monday night. The order never arrived. We called the store and they claimed the driver could not find our address (in Avery Ranch!). We’ve had several deliveries from them in the past and it’s never been a problem and our house is trivial to find on Google Maps. Then he suddenly goes, “Oh now we found it” and HANGS UP. We called back, and said no, we don’t want pizza that’s been made 35min ago so he goes “Ok I cancel your order” and hangs up AGAIN. Never any apologies.
