There is little room to park in front of the store for “carside delivery”, so why do you allow your drivers to take up those spaces? To top it off, the workers inside are too lazy to bring the food out, so why offer “carside delivery”? I have had to go inside 3 of the last 5 times to pick it up. That might not sound bad, but we do have a handicap placard for a reason.
Finally, the entire shopping center needs to repaint the parking lines. The spaces are too small, considering while I was waiting to not get my pizza today, a guy pulled in beside us and hit our car with his truck door as he got out. When I said something about it, he just shrugged.

It’s 2025… Is Domino’s ever going back to delivery drivers ringing or knocking and waiting for their customers to answer the door to deliver their food person to person? Peñitas, TX location sure isn’t ready for that. I have zero issues with food quality (other than their wings have gotten really small) and timelines delivery, but food left on the floor!!! Unacceptable in my opinion. Regardless if the delivery instructions stated “leave by front door” which is automatically stamped unless you change it. No need to mention names but the “manager” that received my call…it was as if I was speaking to a child. I was offered a refund or credit of course but refused because that wasn’t the point of my call.

The staff is always super friendly & even though the trainer was busy training the new staff member on the register, she was patient & courteous to her teammate. I didn’t mind waiting for my order because I saw the trainer was kind while the girl was learning. She didn’t rush her or fluster her. I love seeing this at places I go to.

Had the pleasure of placing my pizza special combo with easy. Gustavo was down to earth professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was also Gustavo the driver this night. A champ multitasker and with ease since they were short staffed tonight. Pizza combo received in good timing, freshly baked with their savory robust flavors. Tried the garlic bread knots omgoodness so fluffy and crisp jam packed with just enough garlic buttery flavor! Thank you Domino’s for such your wonderful associate Gustavo and staff! I met Martin today. What a great gentleman. Very savvy, down to earth and skilled. Notified me of the specials and managers specials. I have to admit the penitas dominos has a great atmosphere and pleasant staff members. Daniel was there and so was this one fellow that usually delivers the pizzas to my home named Gustavo. He’s a ken doll (usually in a good mood). Lovely associates. Dominos company, take care of these employees you got. They make your profitable store successful. Thank you Martin for your pleasant down to earth professionalism. Give that man a raise! lol

Nothing to complain about, really. I’d previously earned a free pizza on the app and was in the area, so I redeemed it with the carside delivery option. I ordered the medium thin crust with sausage and pepperoni. DELICIOUS. Ate the whole thing before getting home. Great quality overall. In fact, I felt bad that I didn’t tip (given it was a free pizza) but will definitely do so most generously next time I order at this location.

Worst pizza and service ever, placed order at 11am called the store they said driver got lost which is a lie because I order constantly from this place, manager on duty says they are remaking it at 12noon, 30 min later no one arrives I call them again and the manager on duty give me attitude finally the driver gets home at 1pm and they still make us pay for the order. Dominos should really review this location and their drivers the last time I had an issue here it was because the driver crashed into my mailbox and didnt bother to stop and talk about it. They also need to train the whole staff on soft skills and customer service. Last time I order from this place. People from Peñitas and Palmview save yourself the hassle and drive down to Bryan rd location where they really now how to treat customers.

ETA from Dominos was 20 minutes, took over an hour. Manager lied about remaking order so we wouldn’t get soggy old pizza, sent the old pizza despite their claim. I only ever use this Dominos to send a random lunch to my wife’s clinic and it’s always a bad experience. This location and it’s “management” is garbage tier. They need to learn how to operate by shadowing the Dominos on Colbath in McAllen, that place is always great.
