Seems like something has changed as to quality in the last couple of months. Had a couple of pieces of pizza from the two pizza order and threw the rest out. What a waste. Wish it would get better.

07-27-2025…Decided to give it another try, had our grandkids down. Ordered 2 thin and crispy pepperoni pizzas and were “warm” at best, like they were sitting out for a while.
All instances considered, you really need to pick it up and get it together way better than what you’ve been doing to retain/keep customers.
Remember, there is another pizza place just down the street.

Once she got home (we live in the country) she found NO pepperoni on the hand tossed, although we paid for it and the thin & crispy was burnt black on the edges. Really should NOT be serving burnt food, but what do I know

I placed an order from the Sinton, Tx Domino’s. With the automated service told me that the order was on her way! I called the store 25 minutes later because food wasn’t here. The manager Lufer told me he seen himself that the driver had only left 5 minutes before I called. I asked him why did the automated service tell me that she had left 25 minutes ago? I told him I did not want the food if it was cold & I wanted my food remade. He told me he doesn’t care what I want & I would have to send food back. I told him he is not fit to be a manager. He told me he doesn’t care what I think. I told him I would not take cold food. Abigail showed up I asked her how long ago she left. She said 15 to 20 minutes ago & had other orders in front. I told her that my food is probably cold. She said oh no Ma’am we use heat bags. I touched the top box & it was warm, I touched the bottom box & it was cold. I sent the food back. I have ordered from them since they came to Sinton. It’s ashame that managers do not know what their hiring. I just wanted corporate to know how the Domino’s in Sinton, Texas treats customers.

Pizza is made better than the pizza hut in town. Always great to know my pizza will be cooked, sauced, and toppings will be on my pizza. No issues since we’ve started getting our pizza here.

Couldn’t tell the difference between the pan pizza and the hand-tossed, and neither had tomato sauce. There was also very little cheese. The cashier at the window appeared to be impaired…

New pizza in town usually really good. Last couple of times the pan pizza and cheese bread have been undercooked, called and spoke with employee she told me it was the new type of cheese. Told her no that it us under cooked she still disagreed with me and nothing was done. The second time the cheesy bread was cooked fine on the ends but was under cooked in the middle. Called again spoke with manager discussed the issue gave me store credit for my order. Discussed oven temp might be the issue.

Domino’s is our go to honestly, I won’t lie this place got my family and I through ALOT. Even though it’s ridiculously expensive, and I have to be honest an order has to be over $16 for it to be delivery is actually ridiculous. It just doesn’t feel right.
There food isn’t bad though, mediocre at best.
However, it’s the only fastfood restaurant in this blasted town that’ll deliver in the hill countryside…

Great pizza awesome service. I always say when you have good music in the kitchen. The food always comes out better. Friendly service. 2 large pizza and one medium pizza. In and out in 15 minutes.

We will never order from the sinton location again!! We ordered our pizza at 525, 930 pm, still nothing. We called to resolve the issue twice and both times they hung up the phone. I can’t rate the quality of the food because I don’t have it. We should have just picked it up ourselves, the worst experience I have had at a domino’s pizza!!!
