This review is for a very specific instance instead of an overall experience with this location. Normally I have no issues out of this location but today I did.

In the early afternoon today (12/08) my niece and I walked in to order some food (with intentions of placing it “to go”). Upon entering, the first thing we hear is the young black female employee talking to somebody in a deliberately disrespectful tone of voice “See this is why you shouldn’t be off back line.”

We walked up and stood there, waiting to place an order. The female employee made no effort to greet us or ask us to please stand by, she’ll be with us shortly….. nothing. Instead, however, with her back to us she continues to berate the employees working on the back line, aggressively and disrespectfully commenting on everything they’re doing. “You need to fix that.” “You’re making a mess.” “That’s too much, it’s only a pinch of lettuce.” “It’s gonna fall apart.” and several other very loud and vocal comments that the entire dining area could clearly hear. The two working the back line couldn’t even say anything – she just was just going on and on in a hateful manner about every single thing they were doing. My first thought was to say something of “If they seem to be doing absolutely everything wrong, get back and there and show them out to do it properly.” (I could see the wraps being made, personally, and they didn’t seem to be doing a bad job.)

After hearing this for a few minutes, I decided to leave. If she was openly treating her team members in that regard, I was not about to volunteer me or my niece to be next. As we were clearly walking out the door, there was no effort to even turn around, no apologies, nothing. She just kept digging into the back line team members.

I tried calling the location for an owner’s contact but nobody answered the phone. So, unfortunately, I feel like this is the only place to notify the location of this behavior. As I said in the beginning… the food is normally good from there. It’s why I gave an overall of 3 stars and not 1. I have my favorites and they never disappoint. This specific employee, however, is completely unacceptable. It cost the company business today.

I work in the area, after a hard morning at work, it’s nice to come here and find a clean table and greeted by nice staff. Everyone is so respectful, “Hello Sir, Thank you Sir” they play old country tunes, so it’s not just quiet and boring while eating. Food as been on par, always hot.

I do wish tho, for walk-in customers, that the drive-thru wasn’t priority.. few times, I was standing waiting to order, definitely before a car pulls up, the drivethru the beeps for a car and the attention is off the person standing in line, please take our orders first, were a priority too… I still ring the bell tho!

This place is hit or miss on quality and food temperatures. Pay good money for the brisket bacon and it’s flat as a flitter. Can I get a person who knows how to really make a 10$ sandwich look at least appetizing. This thing was light!! Sad considering how much things cost vs what you get. People are generally nice and friendly. Just wish the food was more presentable. PS do y’all ever do fresh fries at night? These things are hard and bland.

I was served some potato cakes that were definately sitting there well over there suggested hold time. They were cold and stale. They did give me a refund with no problem. Please dont serve it if you want even eat it.

Cold food and INCOMPETENCE! We ordered a roast beef sandwich, a 9 piece Buffalo boneless wings (glorified chicken nuggets) a small crinkle fry and a large curly fry. After pulling us up and waiting at least 10 min they finally brought our food. Hubby asked the guy if the fries were hot, he assured us that’s why we had to wait and they were HOT! Not my first rodeo so I checked the bag. NO curly fries (hot or not) and they put the crinkle fries in with the Buffalo wings! They had sauce all over them and neither were even warm! Roast beef was so cold it wouldn’t melt the Swiss cheese I had added. This is our last time at ANY Arby’s!

Placed my order in the drive thru and was told it would be 5 mins, no problem, waited but later when I arrived back to the office and was eating the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich I noticed the chicken was under cooked, see photo. Be careful!

I used the Drive Thru & the employee was very helpful, repeated my order to me to make sure it was correct. The name on the receipt is Macy. I used a coupon which it was for 2 chicken sandwiches & they were Awesome. Fresh, hot & delicious. Thank you for a wonderful dinner. We enjoyed them.

I usually order in the evening for delivery, the Crew in the event is Awesome!
I ordered delivery and I recieved it Hot and made right.
Fish Sandwich was Hot.
Potatoes Cakes where Hot.
Shake was great!
It is nice to be able to order something your craving and getting it Hot and made right.
I even called the night manager to let them know that they did a Great Job.

Love the food and workers are super friendly. However, the last 3 times I’ve gone, all 3 orders were wrong. Since I usually order drive thru, I don’t notice until I get back to work. First order, I order 2 double beef and cheddar with extra red ranch and a regular roast beef. Got back to work and found out I’m missing the beef and cheddar that was for a friend. Second order, I ordered a double beef and cheddar with extra red ranch meal with curly fries and a cup of cheddar. I checked this time and I’m missing the cup of cheddar. Had to go inside and asked for it as the drive thru worker walked off. Third time, I order a double beef and cheddar with extra red ranch and the new Philly cheese steak sandwich. Checked the bag once again and everything was correct. Went back to work and the Philly cheese steak sandwich was fantastic but messy. I then opened up my double beef and cheddar and it turned out to be a double roast beef with red ranch. I can’t keep going and paying more for less food as a roast beef costs less than a beef and cheddar and completely missing one was stupid. None of my orders were complicated as I only added extra red ranch to my beef and cheddar. Workers need to spend a little bit more time and check the screen to make sure everything is correct as I shouldn’t have to. I might just go back to McDonald’s and get their McDoubles as I like those.
