This is THE WORST Dominos I have ever come across! The quality of the food is beneath poor. Delivery is horrible. Management is horrible. I had 2 separate horrible experiences. The first one I ordered over $90 worth of pizzas for my employees. When I got them the boxes had sweated and were smashed so all the toppings stuck to it. Then when you bit into them the dough was not fully cooked. I called to report it and was told I could not get a refund, had to send pictures(which I did) or bring the pizzas in and only 3 of the 9 pizzas could be replaced. Not to mention of the 9 one was missing in the original delivery to begin with and was included in the 3 replacements. THEN my second time ordering again for my employees I get the pizzas and one is missing the 3 toppings I was charged for. I also asked for the 3 replacements from the last mishap and those were not delivered AGAIN! I called again and spoke with a Janell who said she was the GM and would send out the 3 missing along with the 1 that was missing the toppings. The call was made at 1pm. I got an alert saying my pizzas were delivered went to check with my front desk and nothing was there! I called and they didn’t know what happened or where the driver Rudy was. I was told wait again. It was then 4:30pm and no one or the pizzas ever showed up. I called and was offered only a partial refund which is BS seeing how much I had already dealt with TWICE. That all took place on 5/14/23 and 5/21/23. The refund was supposed to show up in 3-4 business days from 5/21 and as of today 5/31/23 no refund has shown up. I followed up on it with Janell on 5/26/23 and still nothing. Horrible, horrible, service!

I stopped by domino’s tonight and Trey served me my food from 4547 rigsby and when I say this was the best food I’ve ever had in my life from domino’s I’m not kidding. I don’t even have pictures because it was that good my family and I ate the food.

When someone Orders a Pizza Online for Pick Up and it has NOT been paid for yet they should be able to ADD on a Soda etc for the ADVERTISED PRICE on the Counter NOT Full Price as you SIMPLY ADD IT TO THE ORDER BEFORE they PAY FOR IT
The OWNER of the Company and ALL Managers Should KNOW that
If NOT people do NOT have to purchase at this location which in turn plummets your PROFIT

After waiting an over an hour for my pizza to be delivered and 30 minutes In an “quality check” I decided to go pick up my own pizza since it had already been paid for and no one was answering any of my phone calls only to wait another 10 minutes for someone to tell me I didn’t get my order because a driver dropped the ball.. meanwhile I clearly see 6 employees standing around. 6! And no one could pick up the phone or to call my phone number which is on my profile to let me know anything ! THEN to get home and the cheese bread I ordered wasn’t even cooked all the way after spending over 30 minutes in a quality check ! It’s been a couple days now and I can’t get a hold of the manager Kevin who was supposedly told twice to give me a call about my refund and no one answers the phone the customer service is disappointing and no ownership taken very very sad that this is how customers are taken care of. Oh did I forget to mention how I was still receiving updates on how Deion was on his way entering my neighborhood like no no no he was not. How about turning those notifications off after the customer picked up their own order

Ordered here twice and should’ve learned the first time. The lack of customer service and attention to detail is insane. The first time I ordered carry out. When I got there I was second in line and stood there at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. When the first person got done the guy helped someone that came after me. It was only understandable because they guy had stood beside me so I didn’t say anything. Then the guy tried to help someone else standing behind me when I audibly said “are you serious” and he nervously laughed and said sorry. I finally got the food and when we sat down to eat the pizza wasn’t close to being cut all the way through. What was cut looked like it was done by a child. No two pieces were the same size.
The second time we ordered delivery. It was in quality check for over 30 minutes. We decided to just go get it ourselves. When we got there more than an hour before closing the doors were locked and the employees just looked and went back to doing nothing. We called and told them the name for the order multiple times and when they finally opened the door we had to tell them again. This order was cut but one pizza had a completely different sause and they both had random toppings. We also still had to pay the delivery fee and tip.

Spent almost $70 on dinner here. Paid for extra chicken on a sandwich. If this is extra chicken then I guess the regular sandwich is vegan. Had a few bad experiences with this location and this is the last. I won’t be back.What a joke.

We got our delivery after an hour-which does not seem unusual with Dominos now. Pizza was decent. No problems there. The issue was we received a marinara dipping sauce -that we pay for- that was opened and had gone bad. The sauce is literally black.

The manager Krystal has no respect at all ! She was cussing right infront of CHILDREN , talking bad about a customer while I was waiting for my pizza for 30 mins , she told everyone to not answer the phone and went to the back and was cussing very loudly , I asked her about my order and was told “you gotta wait like everyone else” and walked off , didn’t get my change nor my receipt and I got hung up on twice since my order was wrong after waiting 37 mins on hold and Krystal said I can talk to the GM tmrw since I was being difficult when I was just asking how she can’t help me since they ended up giving me the wrong order ! I will be contacting the BBB and corporate. Such a sad individual as a manager and she should not have a job in customer service
