We absolutely love this Domino’s location! Every time we order, the food hits the spot. The handmade pan pizza with Alfredo sauce is our go-to — rich, creamy, and perfectly baked. We always pair it with the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and those addictive garlic Parmesan bread bites. The flavors are consistently amazing, and the portions are generous.
Even better — our kids loved the food, and it’s become our weekly treat for them. They look forward to it every time, and it never disappoints.

It’s been about 3 years since I’ve ordered dominoes myself and I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from this location. I extremely satisfied with everything. Delivery time was great! Pizza was hot and maybe the best I’ve had from a dominoes ever. We had the pan crust, it was soft yet crispy and both pizzas had just the right amount of toppings. Couldn’t have been made better if I made it myself. 10/10!

I ordered two pizzas and lava cakes on line. I order once a week, every week. My pizza is always made perfectly. It is never overcooked. It is always prepared perfectly. I absolutely love this domino’s. Always fruehelpful staff. Ive never had to wait long for my order. Thus is the best place in San Antonio to get your pizza. The store is also kept very clean and there is plenty of parking space.

This location has had issues for yeeeears with quality and customer service. I actually stopped ordering from this locations because our order was either always wrong, missing items, or just late. After two years of not ordering from this location, I finally gave it a try about a year ago and it seemed like everything had turned around. I had only had minimal issues since then but way different than prior experiences. Of course, my review today is a different story. I ordered at 844pm, never heard anything after that. No update on the tracker – nothing. 959pm I call the store – they could be busy. I get a person on the phone, he starts to read my phone number back to me, pauses and says, “30 mins. We’ll have it to you in 30.” I repeated it back to him and he said yes. That was 1hr 5mins ago now at this point. Tried calling the store back and couldnt get through and I dont even want the order now and cant even cancel. Pretty crazy situation really. Yall can keep the money and I hope the food doesnt show up at this point because we will be using another Dominos from here on out as this location either has incompetent employees or poor management (again) although, I feel like this is an employee level issue. As I type this, my order is NOW otw…so the automated system says.
Still…. doesnt change the fact that other members of our household are now in bed asleep having not had what they had expected for dinner….my 5yr old included.
Order finally showed up at 1110… I asked the driver if they forgot about me and his reply “we’re behind about 60 orders and it’s a disaster. You’re not the only one complaining.” I told him to have a good night and hope it gets better. Pizza showed up partly upside down, about room temperature, and I’m not really sure what happened to the chicken but… ok I guess.
Not going to eat it at this point anyway as we have already eaten. Will contact Management on Monday or I hope to hear from a GM really soon

This Domino’s is very different from the others we go to, and their insurance thing is a joke. How are you going to deliver burned pizza that’s cold, and looks like it sat out all day? This looked like gas station pizza, and the picture doesn’t show how bad it was. Tried to use the app to see what could be done and that’s a complete waste of time. The driver left at 12:22pm and arrived at 1:05pm. I doubt anything will be done reading the other similar reviews. Just know now not to get it from that one.

Dear Domino’s,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order (Order #179) from your store at 5498 Walzem Road, San Antonio, TX 78219.
I placed my order tonight with an estimated delivery time of 34-44 minutes. According to the pizza tracker, my pizza was prepared at 9:06 PM. However, when my girlfriend arrived at the store at 9:36 PM, no pizzas were in the oven, and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes beyond the promised time.
Furthermore, I ordered a large New York-style pizza and a large hand-tossed pizza, but both pizzas looked like hand-tossed. Additionally, neither pizza had the extra cheese I ordered. The Parmesan Bread Bites were also soggy and unappealing.
Given the significant delay, I believe we should have been offered some form of compensation, such as a free 2-liter Coke. This experience was very disappointing and not up to the standard I expect from Domino’s. I am now seriously considering ordering from Pizza Hut in the future.
I hope you can address these issues and ensure better service in the future.

We ordered dinner for delivery from here last night. Our order was a 12inch Thin Pizza with Marinara sauce, Cheese and Sausage. The pizza had very little cheese and was very dry. We also ordered 2 individual Pasta Carbonara dishes, an 8 piece Stuffed Pepperoni Bread, 8 piece Garlic Parmesan Wings, and 8 piece Honey Barbecue Wings which were all very good. While we won’t ever order the Thin Crust Pizza again we will certainly order from this location again and would definitely recommend.
