We were visiting all the way from North Carolina to Utah and stopped into Bout Time Pub & Grub — great choice. The wings were outstanding and the deals were legit. TVs everywhere, so it’s the perfect spot to catch a game.
Karla was our server and she was awesome — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
If you’re local or just in town visiting, this place is absolutely worth it.

Colton was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had — truly over the top in the best way possible. He was incredibly quick, efficient, and completely on top of everything without missing a single detail. Drinks and food came out seamlessly, refills were handled before we even had to ask, and the entire experience felt effortless.
But what really set him apart was his personality. He was sharp, fun, quick-witted, and engaging in a way that elevated the entire night. The perfect balance of professional and entertaining — confident without being overbearing, attentive without hovering. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and takes pride in giving people a great experience.
Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough. If you get Colton as your server, you’ve won the lottery. Give that man a raise.

We recently moved to Salt Lake City from Florida and have been exploring places to eat in our area. We love wings, and as a military family that’s lived all over the country, we know some of the best wings are usually found at sports bars.
Unfortunately, our experience here was extremely disappointing. We didn’t initially notice the sign at the entrance stating that kids are not allowed. As I was chasing my energetic 2 year old who ran in ahead of us, my husband was right behind carrying our 1 year old and immediately noticed the sign, and we began walking back out.
Before we could even fully exit, a server literally jumped out from behind the bar and, in a very rude and aggressive manner, repeatedly shushed my child and said “you can’t be here, buddy” at least 10 times. Her body language was intimidating, and she was gesturing so aggressively that it felt like she was about to physically push my child out the door.
I completely understand and respect that this is a no-kids establishment. That is not the issue. The issue is how the situation was handled. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers, or a small child! In such a rude and hostile way, especially when we were already leaving.
We were excited to try the food, but after this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place based on the behavior of the staff.

The service was not good. We hardly seen our waitress until she wanted us to pay for the bill right in the middle of our meal. I was treating family and she announced to amount which started a whole other discussion that should have never taken place. The bread for the sandwich was soggy as well as the appetizers. Usually love going here but will switch Bout Time to another location.

Great experience at location! The pub grub here is mighty tasty with hardy portions at a reasonable price! Fantastic beer and drink selection too! But what separates this location from other locations is the service! Colton was our server and he was phenomenal! Super attentive and friendly! Thanks so much! Highly recommend this place!

The manager (Amber), Bayley, and Chris are excellent servers and our drinks came out super well! Really glad that this location cares about the quality of their food & service. Had such a great time with my group and felt well taken care of.

I have spent many nights at both the Vineyard and Lehi Bout Time locations… the food at both locations has never disappointed. My personal favorite is the blackened chicken sandwich. But you also can’t go wrong with the Garlic burger. Anyways, the main reason I felt compelled to write this review was after the service I received from Colton at the Lehi location recently. Not only was he attentive to every detail (As an Indian-American, he was very aware of my party’s dietary restrictions), Colton did a great job of building rapport with our group while being culturally respectful. He was very impressive.

Bout Time in Lehi is always a great place to grab a bite, watch the game, and just unwind. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the food doesn’t disappoints. What really makes this location stand out, though, is the staff, especially Karla. She’s one of the best! Always friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time there. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does.
Highly recommend stopping by and if you’re lucky enough to have Karla as your server, you’re in for a great experience!

Solid sports bar with lots of TVs and lots of beers. There were TVs on most walls and staff was happy to change channels for any game you were trying to watch. The beer list had around 25-30 beers on tap and a big bottle/can list too. Food was good…pretty typical bar food. Poppers were good and burger was tasty. Service was fun. Will be back again.

I love the atmosphere of this place, it feels like watching an episode of friends, or taking a bite of ice cream while the hot fudge is still warm. My server, Colton never let my glass empty, and got my food to me hot and fresh. All in all, the place is worth a visit
