I haven’t been here in awhile, my family and I normally don’t come here too often and we will probably keep it that way. I came here and got the chicken Alfredo pasta and I remember it being a lot better than it was today. The chicken was very good but the noodles were a little hard and there was barely any sauce .

Ordered a simple pizza, and cheesy bread.. 15min time till done. I showed up 17 min, Ordered curbside, so when I showed up typed I typed here to let them know I was at store. Should be 2 min, waited 6 min walked in store to get my own food. They stopped the timer at 1:25 saying I got my pizza… by the time I got home it was cold. This place is going downhill…

This is the quality of the food they serve here. It is supposed to be cheesy marinara dip. Grease everywhere, seeping all over our other pizzas. Bright side is they tried to right their wrong, but I mean come on. Dinner ruined.

We order often from this store, but it was very disappointing today. Ordered two large Brooklyn Style pizzas with wings. App gave me an estimated time and I chose curbside delivery. Got there and checked in just as the app said the order was completed. Checked in and waited 11min but nothing happened. Had to go into the store and waited until another customer was allowed to get their order. When my turn came up, I told them that I was waiting for my curbside order but it never came. She told me they were waiting for the wings to come out. Not true. My order was already on their shelf, and the app said my order was completed 15min ago. Don’t trust the curbside option people. The whole two-minute curbside delivery promotion is a scam. They start the clock when they are ready and willing to deliver the order to your vehicle. Both my pizzas were cold and thin as a razor blade. I also needed a magnifying glass to find the wings in the box. Not impressed today. Expected a little better service and quality for $34

Pizza showed up almost 45 minutes late and had a hole in the middle like someone took a chunk out of it. When i brought it in manger decided to lie to my face and say that Brooklyn style does that sometimes. Got a replacement but not amused with the lies.

I would have to guve two stars only. I orderd a pacific veggie pizza. When i returned home the pizza u ordered was not a Pacific veggie pizza. And i definitely wasn’t going to go back again for thembti correct my order when it was supposed to be correct the first time. I will not be going back. Oh the first time i went to this location the teenage girl that took my order had an attitude like i was bothering her to do her job. She was more interested in talking with the boy coworker than to do her job.

This store consistently is terrible. Slow delivery, lazy (as in they never put the garlic butter on the hand tossed pizza), and service is poor. Hope you like cold pizza if you order delivery from this location.
