Do not get their wings, unless you like chewy chicken skin that’s
undercooked and have more fat than meat on them. I got the garlic parmesan wings and they were anything but. They don’t use an actual seasoning, but some kind of white sauce that definitely doesn’t taste anything like garlic parmesan! Gross and totally disappointed.

When I first moved to Bryan, this Dominos Pizza location had some of the best pizza ever.

However, lately their pizza has been mid. Matter of fact..I always order the same pizza crust, but lately my hand tossed pizza has been tasting like a flat bread pizza. I’m talking about not fluffy at all.

So to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I have bought over $300 worth of pizza from Dominos and I fear my relationship with the company is coming to an end.

As I said previously, my relationship with the company has come to an end. I took almost a year break from Domino’s just to end up more disappointed than the last time.

First off I ordered my food on the app and after 30 mins. I realized that the food tracker hadn’t moved…so I went up there (my food already was a pickup order) I got there around 8:50 and my food wasn’t even being prepared yet. The drive through person said they had a lot of orders and my food was going to take another 30 mins.

I waited another 20 mins. My food tracker said my food was ready at 9:12pm…I went inside at 9:29. They said my food still wasn’t ready and had just been put in the oven.

They didn’t offer any free food for the trouble or a refund.

Then I waited another 20 mins and the food was finally ready. They could see that I want pleased.

I get home to find out my pizza and pasta was severely overcooked. My pasta was burned completely on the top and around the sides that I couldn’t even it eat.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I use to love Dominos and I have mostly ate from this location, but I am officially done and don’t want nothing but my refund.

I was so looking forward to that pasta as it was my first time ordering it and sad to say I will NEVER know if it’s good or not.

Update 09/20/25

So, i ended up calling the location that messed up my order and spoke to the manager that was on shift that day and told her the situation..shoutout to Nicole.

She ended up giving me a $30 discount to use on my next (call in or pick up order).

Well today I used it and this time it only took my food 15 mins to be ready. Also, was way better than last time. However, the pasta was still a little burned and I still wasn’t able to eat every last drop of pasta because it was burned and I tasted…I give it a 5/10….it needed to be seasoned.

The bbq wings were phenomenal. I give them a 9/10. That’s why I gave the food 3 stars. And the pizza was mid still, but at least it wasn’t burnt.

All in all, I’m still done with Dominoes, but I appreciate this location for fixing their mistakes.

I waited for over an hour 20 minutes for my delivery. When I called back the guy who picked up said someone is on the way back now to pick up my order to deliver it. I said no sir that’s ok can I get a refund. He said hold on and never came back to the phone. I got in my truck and drove to this location ask to speak to manager and the person I ask was the manager and she didn’t say anything. I asked another young man and he pointed to her. At this time I was still on the phone 25 more minutes. Told her my issues and she just said the money is back on your card and walked off. No I’m sorry you had to wait. No sorry we were super busy just walked off. I then asked for corporate number she held out 1-800– domino’s. I ask was she the Store Manager or shift manager. She said I’m the manager Nicole. No customer skills what so ever. If she would have just apologize I would have been ok because I understand things happen or short handed or just a super busy day. I’ll give Pizza Hut a try they’re right across the street ✌ ✌

We took advantage of Domino’s “Two 12-inch pizzas for $6.99 each” deal. My ham-and-onion pizza was really good, and my daughter enjoyed hers with pepperoni and black olives. They were delivered right at the start of the promised delivery window – outstanding! Oddly, my receipt didn’t show the tip I had added (in addition to the $4.99 delivery charge); perhaps that’s why the driver acted like I had forgotten something – you know, to tip. But I just checked my credit card, and the tip was definitely added in. Domino’s should show it on the receipt.

Food is constantly overcooked, orders are almost always a little wrong, and you will never, ever be given your sauce. This place used to be great but in the last 2-3 years the quality has dropped off the map.

If you do call to report something missing or wrong you’re going to spend 20 minutes on the phone to be offered maybe $5 off or one free sauce. It’s way too much hassle to try to “fix” your order every time.

I just can’t continue paying money for consistently bad quality and missing order items. There are no other close Domino’s to us, so unfortunately the whole company has lost our business, not just this franchisee

Waited 14 mins at the window tonight after the app said the order was ready. Workers looked at me and never came to address my arrival. Worker finally showed up to inform us the garlic bites are still coming out of the oven. We live 20 mins from town. Add the 14 mins at the window and 5 extra mins on the order to be fully completed and our order will be cold. Unacceptable as we are faithfully to the brand wherever we are.

I just picked up my order at the pick up window. Gave me the food. No drink,ok went inside and told them about the drink.got home no dipping sauces. I will not order here any more. No welcome to Domino no acknowledgement at all. And for the love of God wear gloves. Or Take another Food handlers class, the one wear they tell you not to wear gloves

We ordered a large specialty pizza, large 2 topping pizza, (both with extra cheese) and the bacon jalapeño bread and had one of the worst experiences. Food was burned (cheese bread), barely any cheese let alone extra cheese on the pizzas. The quality was awful and the food wasn’t edible. Reached out to their customer service and supposedly the store was supposed to get back with us. Never heard back. Definitely not worth the $50.00.

Walked in and everyone was working!!! Love the manager, Nicole and all of her employees. They are literally the sweetest people ever. I feel like family when I walk in! Don’t get me started on the food! I had an event and let me tell yall, that food got ateeee!!! So delicious

My pizza took an hour and a half to be made, and it was COLD- yes cold, I’ve never actually received a pizza cold enough that it needed a microwave until now- and I live less than 5 minutes from this location so I really did not expect this. The delivery guy was so nice but I’m still insanely frustrated with this order, and when I called to ask where it was, I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and no one picked up. In the 15 minutes I was on hold, I could have WALKED and probably gotten the pizza before it made it out for delivery. Whoever is running this place seriously needs to get their stuff together.

Edit: after seeing all the other one star reviews with an automated response that just throws 20% off in ppls faces, I see I was too generous with my 2 stars. Dominos, we don’t want 20% off, we want refunds.
