undercooked and have more fat than meat on them. I got the garlic parmesan wings and they were anything but. They don’t use an actual seasoning, but some kind of white sauce that definitely doesn’t taste anything like garlic parmesan! Gross and totally disappointed.
However, lately their pizza has been mid. Matter of fact..I always order the same pizza crust, but lately my hand tossed pizza has been tasting like a flat bread pizza. I’m talking about not fluffy at all.
So to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I have bought over $300 worth of pizza from Dominos and I fear my relationship with the company is coming to an end.

As I said previously, my relationship with the company has come to an end. I took almost a year break from Domino’s just to end up more disappointed than the last time.
First off I ordered my food on the app and after 30 mins. I realized that the food tracker hadn’t moved…so I went up there (my food already was a pickup order) I got there around 8:50 and my food wasn’t even being prepared yet. The drive through person said they had a lot of orders and my food was going to take another 30 mins.
I waited another 20 mins. My food tracker said my food was ready at 9:12pm…I went inside at 9:29. They said my food still wasn’t ready and had just been put in the oven.
They didn’t offer any free food for the trouble or a refund.
Then I waited another 20 mins and the food was finally ready. They could see that I want pleased.
I get home to find out my pizza and pasta was severely overcooked. My pasta was burned completely on the top and around the sides that I couldn’t even it eat.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I use to love Dominos and I have mostly ate from this location, but I am officially done and don’t want nothing but my refund.
I was so looking forward to that pasta as it was my first time ordering it and sad to say I will NEVER know if it’s good or not.
Update 09/20/25
So, i ended up calling the location that messed up my order and spoke to the manager that was on shift that day and told her the situation..shoutout to Nicole.
She ended up giving me a $30 discount to use on my next (call in or pick up order).
Well today I used it and this time it only took my food 15 mins to be ready. Also, was way better than last time. However, the pasta was still a little burned and I still wasn’t able to eat every last drop of pasta because it was burned and I tasted…I give it a 5/10….it needed to be seasoned.
The bbq wings were phenomenal. I give them a 9/10. That’s why I gave the food 3 stars. And the pizza was mid still, but at least it wasn’t burnt.
All in all, I’m still done with Dominoes, but I appreciate this location for fixing their mistakes.
If you do call to report something missing or wrong you’re going to spend 20 minutes on the phone to be offered maybe $5 off or one free sauce. It’s way too much hassle to try to “fix” your order every time.
I just can’t continue paying money for consistently bad quality and missing order items. There are no other close Domino’s to us, so unfortunately the whole company has lost our business, not just this franchisee
Edit: after seeing all the other one star reviews with an automated response that just throws 20% off in ppls faces, I see I was too generous with my 2 stars. Dominos, we don’t want 20% off, we want refunds.
