I’m going to be honest about the pizzas delicious. Everytime!!! But some of the night crews and I don’t know who, they r some lazy – lying – early closing -B’s. I had placed an online order an hour and ten minutes before closing and as soon as I hit “place my order” they where calling me to tell me they cancelled it for me cause they where closing early and my money would be sent back to my card in 5 to 7 business days. Which never happened and since I had no receipt cause some how it was never even in my profile that I had ordered I couldn’t get my money back. But that had been months and I hope they don’t still work there because like I said they do cook some damn good pizza.

Corey answered the phone, and he was very polite, and he was such a great help to me while I was searching for a hot meal on demand for my father and I for memorial day… the driver with the silver car, he went above and beyond to get our meal to us fast hot and ready, and was a great guy he really deserves a tip that never made it to him…

I’ve ordered from this Dominos no less than 25 times. I’ve always had incredibly kind delivery drivers. Today for the first time I had a problem with my order. I called in and they sent a replacement for my missing pizza right away. The manager was kind and apologetic. My food has always been great and delivered quickly.

Probably some of the rudest employees ever minus one so far at least for me I’m always very nice and treat them extremely well but in return they treat you like s*it . I’ve gone to this dominos almost my whole life and had a problem with how they treat people since I started ordering for myself. They don’t try to solve the problem instead they opted to argue why they are right I’m wrong and that they can’t help. I’ve given them the Benefit of the doubt my whole life, I’m now done I WILL NOT BE BACK! And to the following comment from dominos to this review I called and they said that within 20 seconds of placing this order my food was already ready and they would not help me from there which to me is just absolutely absurd.

I’m visiting my mother & we had an eventful day of travels so we were exhausted & needed delivery when we arrived in Orange around 9pm & my 7 year old requested pizza, of course. I ordered online, got a call 20 minutes later that they were out of Alfredo for the dip we wanted. No big deal, told him to order the other dip. I then get another call that the other dip has Alfredo in it as well. Leanne was amazing & gave me the option for a credit then a free dip on my next order at this location since I already paid online. I said, meh, just add something that’s $3.99 or add a few extra wings. She was sincerely sweet & apologetic. Received our delivery about 30 minutes later. The pizza, wings (extra were added;), garlic parmesan twists & bites were piping hot & so delicious! The delivery driver was a doll too! This Domino’s got it going on with friendliness & problem solving! These girls need a raise!

I always call ahead and pick up in store, that’s what works for us. Staff is friendly, takes time to get my order right, let’s me know when items are upcharges and my total due, as well they give me an estimate of time needed for the order to be ready.

Ordered a pizza and pasta after a long day in the hospital (small procedure). The pizza took FOREVER to come (it’s cool I get that they are busy). When I opened the pizza it was old, hard, and dry. I immediately called the restaurant and the guy that answered rudely said “you can either bring it back or make a complaint on the app, that’s all I can do for you” I was in a lot of pain so I decided to just eat the pasta. The pasta was supposed to have no onions…. Guess what? Onions. It was full of onions. I couldn’t eat that either so despite the pain I closed everything up and drove to the restaurant to get the correct order. When I got there the manager was super rude took the pizza and pasta said “I took to long” (within an hour) to get there. She didn’t refund or remake my pizza. I basically got bullied out of my money. I left with no money and no food. I am disabled from a car wreck in 2015, I flew out of the car and broke my neck. I’ve spent the last 6 years learning to walk so no I don’t move fast! But I shouldn’t have to explain that! Teach you staff to be more understanding of people with disabilities! Worst experience ever! Even sat in the parking lot and cried from the rudeness and disbelief. NEVER GOING BACK!
