I love this Dominos location. The one in Nederland is a joke.
But today it really exceeded expectations, the order was done in a timely manner, made right, & the guy was friendly at the window.
They definitely deserve the praise tonight!
When I opened the pizza box I had to pinch myself because I thought I was in heaven!

I’ve ordered wings from here a few times and at this point it has to be malicious.
Everytime regardless if I ask for Ranch as a DIPPING sauce or not, it is covered in it.
This time I order garlic parmesan with no sauce and I get plain covered in ranch.
I hardly if ever have a problem with the pizza but this is becoming a recurring problem with the wings.
Please stop covering everything in ranch especially when it wasn’t even asked for.

Megan Pellegrin is an awful GM. She’s terrible to her employees and the store has been worse since she arrived. Get your stuff together Domino’s and get rid of her. She is disrespectful when talking to her employees and customers alike. Doesn’t seem like it’s only happening to one person either. Sucks that dominos decided to go this route. Will not be ordering from this location again as long as she’s the GM.

The last two times I’ve ordered from this location, it took over 1.5hrs for my delivery. I figured I’d give them one more shot. Third time is a charm, right? False… This time the delivery was on time, but they drove so fast that the pizza apparently lost all of its toppings. The pizza I received was sloppy and
didn’t have hardly any of its toppings on this so called “specialty pizza”. I know it won’t make a difference, but I definitely won’t be ordering from them again. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered a cheese pizza online, and the app indicated it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I was told they had messed up my order and would need to make the pizza again, resulting in an additional 20-minute wait.
I understand that mistakes happen, but waiting 20 minutes for a simple cheese pizza is frustrating, especially when other Domino’s locations typically have my orders ready in around 12 minutes.
Additionally, the service at the drive-thru was lacking; it felt like the staff was trying to ignore customers rather than assist them. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with both the wait time and the service. I hope they can improve in these areas, as I’ve had much better experiences at other locations.

Dominoes still has some really great pizza. They basically defined what delivery pizza is to us.
This is how we all know them but this new generation is meeting a different dominoes.
My mother asked me to go pick up her pizza and i asked why don’t you get it delivered. I didn’t get a clear answer but she’s unique at times and i just wanted to make her happy.
When i got there I asked, if they charged for delivery, I’m thinking maybe a $1 sur charge would be enough for my mother to save it but they told me it’s $5 something.
I was shocked. Delivery was how they edged out the other pizzarias.
I’m sorry it wasn’t on flavor.
Every other place we went to was better in my opinion but Delivery just really takes the cake.
They cornered a market, got people to appreciate there pizza even though there was nothing unique about it except for free Delivery and they so that.
I’m sorry but I’m disappointed.
I’ll still get my mom what she wants but I’m not going to get mine from there Anymore. I feel insulted

If I could give 0 stars I would. You already pay way to much money and they do not even take the time to cut the pizza. This location has made it a difficult task to enjoy something as simple as getting pizza delivered to your home.
We order the same “Saved” order in the app like we do countless times. When we called to have the order fixed the manager was combative saying we made the mistake. Argued over the issue. This is not how customer service works I paid your business money to bring me and my children food when told it is incorrect you should correct it.
Calling a number I have known by heart since I was 12 years old you get answered by foreigners who want your card number. Dominos has sold out their values for low paying wages smh. No need to put us on a no serve list I will take my money and respect to a more American serving family owned business.
