First of all took forever to get the pizza. The pizza had stuff put sitting on top. Didn’t seem cooked all the way. Very slopped and gross looking. I don’t recommend going here at all worst pizza I’ve ever had.

I placed an order online for a large cheese pizza with no sauce and half pepperoni on it. I always order without sauce and it has never looked this bad. There was hardly any cheese on it and it was hard. Which is false, because again, I’ve ordered this multiple of times before. I went back to the store and there was no attempt made to fix their mistake or offer a solution. The person working the cash register and the manger Donovan was very rude, unprofessional, and dismissive.

We picked up some dominoes tonight for quick dinner. I got the new specialty pizza the “spicy chicken bacon ranch” it’s suppose to come with hot buffalo sauce drizzled on it- and it didn’t, as you can see. THEN, we opened my husband’s pizza box and we aren’t sure if that’s blood, or paint or what. But we got completely grossed out. You should make food until you advertise. You’re going to close. You shouldn’t turn off the phones and the internet and the national call center to keep customers from ordering food 45 minutes before you close. Very bad business model and needs to be closed down if they’re going to operate this way

Ordered our pizzas online. Went to pick up at the drive thru. Was asked to come back in 20 minutes because they were running behind. Returned after 20 minutes and pizzas hadn’t been started because a large order came in after my order and mine had gotten pushed back. I was given the choice of coming back again in an hour or getting a refund. I took the refund.

They got my order wrong and were very rude about it. No attempt was made to fix their mistake or offer a solution. The person working the cash register was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience!

I ordered my pizza and bread sticks at 11:07. By 1230 I decided to check on my food and called. The guy said that they only have one driver today and when he got back he’d put my food in the oven to be delivered. That was 30 minutes ago, so now we are going on two hours and no pizza. I understand being short staffed sucks and that it happens but a quick call or email that says “we only have one driver today, average wait time is x,y,z, please notify us if you’d like to cancel this order”. My kids were already disappointed they couldn’t go to their day program today, and pizza was supposed to be a treat to make up for it.

Quick delivery,affordable,and always cooked to perfection… ok 7/21/24 10:23 pm. I ordered my regular which went downhill fast. The gentleman taking the order auto added approximately 3 dollars more with the coupon. We get past that problem and delivery was very slow not to mention the 2liter had been laid on top of the pizza causing it to be messfully scattered throughout the box in many shapes but Kaden had a good reason. He told me it was from the drink laying on top of it. Wow !!!

Ordered delivery and they were happy to take my money and tell me delivery time was within 30-40 minutes. Once order was placed, the tracking services were not available and an hour and half later I called to check on my order. The person who eventually answered the phone had no idea where my order was in the process, and said they were about an hour and a half behind. I love it how these food establishments can take your order on line, take your $$ on line, then completely drop the ball after getting your $$. It has become so frustrating that I will not order online or through the app again. Terrible customer service!
