Waited over 2 hours for 1 pizza and wings. Both look like they were made by a toddler. Pizza looks like it was flipped over, cheese and sauce on top of the box. This place sucks. Fire everyone and start over.

Ordered carside pick up as I had a sleeping baby I did not want to wake to walk in and pick up. There was no one else (customer wise) there so I parked right in front and checked in online. I could see workers inside talking to each other. Waited for over 5 minutes and then finally called, as the phone rang they looked at the orders and brought mine out. When I opened my window the employee started to tell me they only bring it out if you check in and I held out my phone to show him the confirmation I had checked in. He then started saying I didn’t do it correctly or it hadn’t gone through. I wasn’t blaming him so I didn’t know why he was trying to blame me. Just let me take the pizza and say thank you and we can be done. Maybe just be prepared to walk inside if you are in a hurry.

Terrible customer service, disrespectful employees (not all) but a majority, overcooked/soggy pizza, and it’s not worth SPENDING A DIME at this establishment. Before we all know it, they’ll be scanning peoples foreheads or right hand in exchange for pizza. Please think twice before ordering at this location.

Food good delivery terrible. Ordered 1 pizza for the fam at 8pm on a Sun and 2 hours later the tracker says baking and even longer to get a pizza delivered? I live less than a mile from the store. Nobody answered phone after multiple calls. Do better Domino’s. Family was sleeping by the time we finally got it.

Every single time I order it takes forever for no reason. Last time it took them 2 and a half hours to deliver my pizza and when I asked to speak to a manger was told “call back Tuesday. Using them today. Quotes 30 minutes. That was an hour ago and was just told on the phone they need 25 more minutes. This is insane.

Never going back, this place took 1hr for our pizza just to be wrong, they kept lying that it was in the oven while the chick in the back said “I can’t find a sheet to put it in the oven” and when we said the order they made was wrong they only replied with “oh” didn’t even apologized didn’t even care we waited so long. In our receipt it showed exactly what we ordered just for him to say “oh the large cheese pizza” completely wrong. Terrible service.

Second time we were shorted a topping. This time no black olives. The first time I chalked it up as an oops. Second time I decided call. Called 4 times waiting for an answer and the system to boot me off after 5 minutes.

I ordered and picked up a large Deluxe thin crust pizza that cost $18.xx.
I was extremely disappointed. There was maybe $2 of product on it. Sparsely spread sausage, few grn pep slices, and little else. It has been a while since I’ve been to Domino’s and I will not go again. Now I will just get from grocery store or build my own.
