My daughter placed an order on line and realized that on her pizza she selected the wrong pizza sauce. She then called the store and waited for 10 minutes, no one answered. My wife then called and Adam answered and she explained to him what happened and he was very rude about the whole situation. It hasn’t been 10 minutes and he said they made the pizza. He said that if we wanted to change it, we would need to order a new pizza. My wife asked for the manager and he said he was. He was very rude and didn’t care about a simple mistake. I also know that there is no way they made her pizza in 10 minutes.

Had an awesome experience at the Crosby Domino’s yesterday 1/29/23 evening!! I had a bad experience ordering a medium thin crust spinach&feta , med cheese and 8piece of hot wings for $41 last week. So I drove to the store and talked to a guy named Donald. I told him how I was not happy on how much I paid last time. He looked at me and said “well lets fix that this time” He saved me &20 bucks on my order. Not only did he save me some money, he told me the order will take 15 min. So I went out to my truck to wait for the order to get ready. While I was in my truck a huge storm blew in. While it was pouring freezing rain, the order got done before the 15 min and Donald brought the order to my truck!!! I felt horrible for him bringing me pizzas in a storm but he told me not to worry about it. It was his pleasure to help me.

Becareful reading the reviews towards this place, they are lies we waited an hour and half just to cancel the order they didn’t even make it or inform us of an issue in tell we called then said it would be another 25 mins for pizza.. I know this won’t reflect on the business but if the owner sees this he should do better for a smaller town. And if your a future customer don’t hold your standers high u will be disappointed. Little cease is faster and better.

Yall. I ordered a philly cheese steak from Domino’s Pizza and im eating this sandwich thinking all im tasting is onions and cheese. I open this sandwich up and there is literally like a fingerwave of meat on this bih. I call and this chick had the nerve to tell me to pay for extra meat next time i order. No maam.
