The lady that usually works in the mornings, Jackson, is always so kind and an amazing employee! She is alone most of the time when I come in but she always makes sure my food is perfect, while managing to keep the rest of the store taken care of! She deserves a raise or a bonus for her hard work!

Had some family in town recently, had a little too much aged fermented sugar water, we ordered a few pizzas for delivery but forgot to remove an ingredient the guest wouldn’t like on one of the speciality ones. Gave them a call and they squared that away.

Typically we have a great experience. We have ordered plenty of times and our food is always perfect.
Today 3/1/21 they gave us an old pepperoni thin pizza. Unfortunately we didn’t see it until we decided to grab a slice, by this time the kids had already ate about 1/2 the pizza maybe less.
I called about 3 times and the store never answered the first time it kept me on hold for 15min.
I finally decided to drive to the store when I arrived I showed them the pizza and explained the situation as politely as possible. The first thing the girl said was, well it’s half eaten.
She was a bit rude despite the pizza being old and extremely thin, thin to the point we couldn’t grab it off the box, we had ordered hand tossed.
Thankfully they decided to make us a new one.
Our pizza was ordered at 7:37pm it is now 8:56pm we are outside the store waiting for the new pizza.
So overall quality of food is great. Delivery guys are nice and respectful. Customer service, phone and in store definitely do not recommend.
When we finally received the new pizza it was better but this time almost no cheese and sauce.

Walked in was not even welcomed in. Not any of the employees said a word. I come here cause it’s super close to me but we ordered a pizza and garlic bites and noticed the pizza had some hairs on it looks short as if they were from a man which their was only men working there. Not sure if these were pubic hairs or what but that is gross. I hope they start wearing gloves and maybe a beard/hair net or something so this won’t happen to anyone else

Because 0 stars isn’t an option. Waited 2 hours to get a delivery because the 18 year old behind the manager tag doesn’t know what customer service is and how to pick up a phone and tell a customer there was a mix up. Rude and a smart mouth should probably take a manager training class again

Disgusting attitude. The manager, Richard, is extremely unprofessional and should be replaced. He discriminated against me and denied me service for reasons I can’t understand. It felt as if he simply didn’t like Hispanics. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Manager refused to come to the phone to talk to a customer without A. Reason I gave them a reason and he. Refused, he doesn’t want to talk to nobody. He doesn’t want to help his customers. So therefore he was being so rude. I’m trying to ask a question that only the manager can answer. And he chose not to help his customers. So therefore I hope corporate gets this and talks to him about it. So I will give poor ratings for for?
