Food and service is usually good but today it longer than usual but worst of all was the poor preparation of the pizzas. Hardly any cheese or sauce. Dry and not cut properly. Another day 7-18-25 another bad pizza. 1 out of 4 is ok but one pizza was hard and burnt. Added the picture.

Ordered x size pizza with 7 toppings. We didn’t check it in the store, but when we came back at home, it was only 5. There were not one, but two missing. Never happened in any other Domino’s. One thing for sure, we are not going back to this one.

This location really needs to do better with their quality check.
First off, it took a long time to get the food. We ordered at 11:15. When we ordered the website said the approx delivery time was 17-22 minutes. The food got delivered around 12:45. The guy who delivered the food said that they were short staffed. One person in the kitchen and one driver.
We ordered sweet BBQ chicken bites, hot wings and an extra cheesy 2 topping medium pizza. The BBQ sauce on the chicken bites was completely burnt. There is no way that they could have not noticed that. The hot wings had a lot of extra fatty skin on the chicken and barely had any sauce on them. The pizza was cold and not extra cheesy. It was not cut correctly because it was hard to pull the pieces apart and toppings were sliding off the next slice.
The whole order was absolutely terrible. Then because they were late on delivery they sent us a 50% off coupon for next time. For what? So I can get terribly made food again? It would have been better for them to refund the order.

Pizza was okay the crust was buttery and had a good flavor of garlic not too strong. Pasta was a NO as well as the wings. Pasta had hardly any sauce some of the pasta was dry surprised their were pieces of chicken.
After paying the balance and didn’t get a receipt I was calculating why it came out to almost 50$ everything was 5.99 (except wings) so when I realized I asked why was my total that much if it says 5.99 if you order more than 2 items. She said “we don’t apply the special at all nor offer it unless you let us know” What in the world!! But she did offer if I wanted to add something to drink but couldn’t offer me or apply the special. each pizza was 13.99 Not a good experience on my first time trying Domino’s. Don’t recommend

Service can be hit or miss which is a people thing, not a company thing but ..their steak and cheese Philly with white sauce is the best!!! If you order from Spencer you won’t be disappointed! No heartburn and all the cheesey meaty goodness with your options of how much of those toppings you want for your own preference!

Pizzas are not always good and when i pay i dont want to see a tip option thats a damn shame im picking up my pizza. I work outside in the blazing heat, in the winter the windy cold mornings and rainy humid days and not even i get a tip for every job i finish…the jobs are done way ahead of schedule that’s an insult for your employees to be acting all weird when you dont tip. like you made a pizza cmon im picking up more than a 100lbs at work.

Carry out- i have ordered carryout twice from this location and both times my experience has been very positive. Both times the cashiers were friendly and my order was made fast. If its worth mentioning that i used the dominos app to order and that both orders were past 10pm. Only mistake i had was that the second time I ordered wings with ranch and they forgot to add the ranch which i didn’t check at the store, so confirm.
