I visited this place yesterday and everything I ordered was excellent. The large pepperoni pizza was packed with pepperoni , the large mixed pizza had a ton of toppings, and the ham spaghetti was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes. Definitely one of the best spots!

The Cuban pizza and fritas are the best. The crust in the pizza is my favorite and it’s not the typical bread and cheese Cuban pizza. This is much better. We also had the frita and it’s on point, tasty and a generous amount of meat. I also loved the mamey shake because it was the perfect sweet, not too much not too little. They also have a great service and very friendly. Highly recommend and will be back many times

The food truck and seating look nice enough even though the area is not very pretty in the middle of warehouses and body shops.
But that’s ok for take out. The service was nice.
The pizzas were a problem, though. They were all slightly undercooked, and the flavor was nothing special. Also one of them was extra salty, for some reason.
But even with all that, the worst part is that they tasted like rancid vegetable oil. It was very strong. Maybe the oil was expired, or it went bad, and they don’t check it or taste it, or don’t care.
My suggestions to the owner are: Number one, use better quality oil, don’t use the rancid stuff. This is as basic as it gets, there is no excuse for that.
Other than that, improve the recipe to make it stand out, improve the level of consistency so they taste the same every time, and give them a bit more cooking time.
For the customers, just skip this one. At least for some time until they fix these problems.

The Cuban pizza was decidedly mediocre, lacking in both flavor and authenticity. Furthermore, the restaurant’s remote location, hidden among industrial buildings, creates an unwelcoming environment that is far from suitable for a family outing.

Increíble pizza cubana! Es la verdadera pizza cubana aquí en Miami. El sabor l, el olor, todo te va a recordar a una buena pizza en Cuba. Se nota que tienen años de experiencia haciendo estas pizzas. Los batidos también están muy buenos y super económico.
