Shameful!!! Don’t be greedy and you’ll get return customers. Paid $30 for two large, two topping, hand tossed pizzas and they barely had anything on them. It was truly insulting! We all know it doesn’t cost much to make a pizza and you delivered to the nursing home a few blocks away.

It’s now getting ridiculous now that I have to wait for a certain manager to come in to make my food properly, so far. Only Benny makes my pizza how I order it, no one else reads the screen it seems and I’m tired of it. I like my food a certain way and can’t eat it if it’s not done properly.

I called the Manager/GM/Owner of this domino’s establishment. He told me it was my fault my $34 dollars worth of food was damaged and he wanted me to wait for the driver to come back and pickup the order. So here I am waiting another hour to eat any food. Check pics below on how my pizza order was handled with care. And then he had the audacity to hang up on me. This Dominos Pizza needs customer service training for sure. The lesson here is, don’t call and complain about the food, take it as they want to give it to you. Soon to be under new management, because without customers they will soon be out of business.
(update) 8 months later, Staff is doing a much better job now, I would recommend. Best pizzas in Brookshire, order now!

How does it take 35 minutes to deliver a pizza 1.5 miles from the restaurant? Half the time I get the wrong pizza or only half my order. It’s like playing a slot machine at some truck stop, they take your money and it’s anybody’s guess if you get what you ordered. I will walk to Orlando’s and get what I want for way less $$.
Update: the order came an hour after it was ordered and it was cold. I will not be ordering from this DomiNOs again.

Worst place for delivery! I ordered from them twice to have pizza delivered to my home and BOTH times it was messed up! The first time the pizza was delivered 30 mins after it said it was delivered, second time it didn’t come at all! I spoke to the manager ( some Indian sounding man )and he was kinda rude and kept cutting me off then told me he would call me back but never did. So after another 30 mins (an hour after I placed my order) I called him back and the guy that answered the phone was nice so I told him I didn’t receive my order and that I wanted to cancel and a refund he told me that it was above his pay rate and to hold for the manager, the manager NEVER got on the phone, so the employee told me that it would take up to 3 days to get a refund! This place needs a new manager and their employees need to be trained properly! So I called Pizza Hut and they had NO PROBLEM DELIVERING MY FOOD and got it within 45 mins and it was on time and hot and fresh! It funny that pizza hit didn’t have any problem! I bet this dominoes location won’t be in business to much longer… this place is horrible! FIRE THE MANAGER! Take notes Dominoes Pizza Hut is ALWAYS ON TIME

Pizza was dry . The guy was trying his best , I don’t like the pizza at this location. I like pizza at the dominos on wallisville road. Accross the street from kroger. The pan pizza is supposed to have onions green peppers meat & thick crust.
