when i ordered a pizza, i received it burnt to the point where it wasn’t edible at all. when i called to get this resolved, the manager, Hazel, was rude and had an attitude. i arrived in the store and noticed she also treats her employees this way. she yelled at one and even cursed, with no shame in front of customers. my replacement pizza was then undercooked. management for this location absolutely sucks.

What a bad service. Broke record for every dominos. A month back I ordered a pizza. The pizza came in burned with nothing in the center like a donut. Bright it back then the store. Instead of giving my money back they put a pizza on my account to take in the future. Today I ordered that pizza and went to pick it up 40 minutes later. No pizza was made then she announced ohh you wanted your free pizza like I am a beggar off the street. We will make you one now in 6 minutes we are sorry we don’t know what happened to your order. I waited 15 minutes and asked them where is my order and she said it got stuck in pan so we are making it again. I instructed since the start my pizza is clean cut. The 3 time the pizza came out and the guy cut it with used stuffed cutter. Wow made me wait 40 minutes and didn’t even deliver the pizza. What the hell. I am so angry right now on the service. I asked for manager and the manger doesn’t give a damn either. This place needs to close or someone needs to take actions to improve the bad service they are giving to people. I left without a pizza and my kids are hungry. This place needs to be reported. I will report that to the corporate office tomorrow morning. I just called and they are closed. This is not how you treat your customers.. no no no.

Eh, I like Domino’s well enough for take out pizza. This store isn’t the best. We had a wrong order delivered and they didn’t seem too happy to send the correct order. When I called they asked a few times if I was sure I wanted the correct order delivered. They also asked for the wrong food back, which is fine. We gave it back. I hope they threw it away.

Crazy wait times on a Wednesday. 30 minutes to get it ready. Got ignored by cashier and on top of that they missed toppings on the pizza.

Second time at this place and it’s always clean. The person that attended me was courteous and had a smile. The pizza came out less than 15 minutes. The parking lot is small and if you drive a large vehicle and it’s crowded, you will have a hard time getting out.

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had from any Domino’s I’ve used. Not just the look of the pizza, but the taste (it was like rubbery leather). Could have been a bad night, but the fact that I couldn’t reach/hear back from anyone to get a refund makes me wonder how often this likely happens with them.
This was my 1st time ordering from this location and I won’t be making that mistake again.
