This isn’t my usual Domino’s, but I am familiar with this location because they are two miles from where I work so any Domino’s orders placed are sent here. I have watched them consistently behave rudely to my colleagues but never addressed it because it wasn’t my order or business.
Today I placed an order. Went I go to the front to retrieve the order, the delivery driver doesn’t greet me, she just gives me the total, which was $16. When I hand her a $20 she starts to dig in her change. I explained I didn’t need change (I wanted her to have the rest as a tip). She then snatched the bill out of my hand without looking at me, told the receptionist to have a good day and walked past me out of the door. Even when I left the lobby I had to walk out by her and she ever once looked at me or addressed me. I would hate to assume it’s a matter of racism, but I am dumbfounded to any other reason why she made it a point to disregard me. When I called the store to confirm the address because it wasn’t listed on the receipt, the man had an attitude in his response as if my question was the dumbest question in the world. I frequent Domino’s, but that was the first and last dime this particular franchise will see from me.

The people in the store are amazing. What they serve, not cool..I’m sure servings and quantities are delegated above them. My pizza had 2 inches of crust. The part that was wet and was barely wet with sauce. The toppings werr just barely enough to call it topped. The dude at the counter was too busy on this phone to even acknowledge me, but a girl came out of the back and scored me away

Scheduled a pick up two hours in advance and it wasn’t ready on time. Ordered the NY Style Pizza. Wanted to try it. What I got was just a regular smegular pizza with the toppings I added. I’m not a fan of their regular crust which is why I always get thin so needless to say that pizza went into the trash because I didn’t feel like driving in the rain and getting soaked a second time. At least they got the toppings right. A win is a win I guess!

Was in Jacksonville and wanted to stop somewhere quick for dinner. I, myself work at a domino’s so I figured it would be no big deal to ask for a discount. I didn’t get the discount because it varies per franchise which is fine but the manager Lidiya had an attitude. I ordered a small but they accidentally made a medium which was fine because it makes up for lack of service but the pizza was not presentable at all. It was in the shape of an oval, cut very poorly and seemed to hardly have any garlic on the crust. Won’t go to this location again and I’ll just stick to mine in the near future. I also attached what my manager had to say about it and I find it pretty hilarious.

We had placed an online order. We went to go pick it up and to my surprise when we got home I open the mac and cheese and took 2 bites just to find a piece of hair in my food. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted. I did call dominos back they said they will credit my account but they did not even seem phased. Dominos please do better.

LYDIA WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE MANAGER EVER I ordered a delivery of a free pizza from my points and some hot buffalo wings when it got delivered to me the pizza was perfect, but the wings were my buffalo because if you notice my buffalo is lighter than Hot buffalo sauce so I called and a boy named Eric answered and I had told him that when the wings got delivered to me it was the wrong sauce so he was like let me Go get my manager well when the manager came she picked up the phone and she hung up so I called back and asked did the car disconnect or somebody hung up and he said I don’t know so I came there even though I paid for delivery and had to get my wings remade just for Lydia to try to tell me that I’m colorblind and the wings she just gave me was the same color now the first picture is the wings she gave me and the second picture is the remake I had to go get
And then not only that, but after arguing with me, she grab the big bottle that they used the sauce in it started just overflowing my wings as y’all see in the picture saying so this isn’t the same color so this isn’t the same color

I love that we can order off of our phones and it shows every stage that your delicious pizza is going through! Pretty cool. The only downside is the wait can be long but then again it is a great pizza place so I’m sure they get alot of orders. Keep up the good work Dominos!
