I ordered a large Italian sausage pizza. After picking it up, I said thank you 3 times while paying, and no one ever responded. OK, just rude. THEN, when I got home and opened the box, I discovered there was LITERALLY almost no sausage, sauce, or cheese on the pizza. There were two slices with NO sausage on them at all, only 1 sauce with two small chunks, and the other 5 only 1 1 small piece on them each. A frozen pizza would have been better. NOW I remember why I stopped ordering from this store 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we had guests over, and I kept appoliging for the horrible pizza. There is no good service training to the employees, and DEFINITELY no good training on how to make a pizza….

Was at a clients home and out of the blue, I wanted pizza! Called in for delivery (ordered: special for two large, 2-3 toppings) and it was delivered beforehand and bc both gentlemen (the one who placed my order and delivery guy) were so awesome that I sent the delivery guy back with one of the pizzas as a tip to split. Fresh and delicious!

Order 2 pizzas and wings. Was told online 60-70 minutes. Called an hour after ordering food wasn’t in oven. Was told another 45 minutes. Called 1hr 30mins later was told another 45 mins they are about to put it in the oven. Durning the phone call nothing was offered except do I want to void my order I said no I want my food. The lady on the phone said I will void your order have a nice night. I never said gif her to do that. She canceled my order without me asking her to. Worst customer service if you don’t have drivers then they should limit the number of delivery orders they except. I would have picked up my pizza if I was told how long it was going to take. Won’t order Domino’s again.

I haven’t ordered from dominos in years. Haven’t been liking the other options lately and a coworker let me try her pizza from dominoes once and it was amazing. So I made the order tonight for the same pizza she had except I asked to add tomatoes to it, and my husband’s pizza of course. We got our pizza very quickly, we were surprised. Opened up my pizza to find a soupy mess. There was a million toppings on my pizza, which would have been awesome but within a bread crust was a pile of Alfredo soup! If I picked up a slice everything fell off of it. I could eat it with a fork and knife and it was tasty but that just wasn’t good enough. I called to talk to someone. Why was it so soupy??? The man of the phone named a few possibilities, but no solutions until finally after a few minutes said they would redo it. One of the soup possibilities was because of the tomatoes which were moist and could have caused the soup. I will admit, the tomatoes on the pizza looked like they came from a can (gross) and they could have caused the soupy-ness, but I’ve gotten tomatoes many times on pizzas and never had an issue, but this is the first time I’ve seen canned tomatoes on a pizza. So we came to the conclusion that they would remake and redeliver my pizza this time without the tomatoes. The pizza was just fine this time. Definitely made by someone different, toppings were placed very differently and not nearly as many toppings as the last pizza (last pizza definitely had too much on it). I felt bad calling to complain and make them do that but I’m sorry I just cannot accept a soupy pizza. High star review because they fixed the problem and the pizza was decent, but took a star off because of 1. Soupy pizza, and 2. Canned tomatoes!

This team at Domino’s is incredible. Rhey have helped me in many ways. As a young man with a very bad motor loss problems. Rhe twan is so helpful. Wishing me the best. I remember one day pizza came.. and the young man asked if I qas okay… I told him what was going on.. he held his hand out and said a pray. This may sound weird to some… for me it means a lot.

Ordered Pizza. It was undercooked, cinnamon bread knots were overcooked like a rock(tasted horrible as well). The cardboard box was thicker than my thin crust pizza, cheese on it was almost thin enough to identify itself as paper. Just horrible quality overall. Do not recommend.

This place is a joke. Order stated 65-75 minutes; called check on order 90 mins later and stated that it would be an additional 45 mins as they were short delivery drivers. Order then canceled without our permission. Love to speak with owner. This is unacceptable.

Ordered pizza at 12:31pm on the app, estimated time for delivery was 26 – 30 mins. At 1:01pm pizza was out of the oven for “quality check”…. At 12:59pm Colton (later identified as the manager) called me to say the delivery was going to be later as they had 1 driver. I told him I’d pick it up. When confronted at the store he lied about how long the pizza had been sitting, refused to provide me with the owners information and now over 2 hrs later from ordering they won’t complete the order on the app so that I can make a comment on the order

Ordered 2 medium pizzas for take out. Arrived within the requested time for pick up (15 minutes) after driving the 5 miles distance. Pizzas were ready upon my arrival. I returned directly home only to find that the pizzas looked and tasted NOT FRESH. I called the store to inform them of such to be met with a list of why this could not have happened. Domino’s has lost a loyal customer.
