I just ordered a pizza from this location & it was delivered to me RAW. They said the pizza would arrive in 35 minutes but it arrived in about 15 minutes. I called the store & the person said ‘if you wanted it well done you should have asked for it well done’ – but the pizza wasn’t even DONE! i will insert pictures of the uncooked pizza, the dough was so mushy i didn’t end up eating it. The boy on the phone just yelled saying ‘there there we will refund you’ & before i could thank them/ apologize for the inconvenience he hung up the phone. Very rude people & disrespectful to paying/tipping customers.

The so-called Kayla or Kara hung the phone up in my face when I told her that both of my large two toppings pizzas where burnt and the crust was hard as hell. She was very short and I told her that her customer service was horrible. After hanging up in my face and refusing to answer the cold I went back to the store to return the disgusting pizzas. I asked to speak to another person in charge or to get information for corporate management. I have been eating at this store for 20 plus years and I have NEVER been disrespected in this way. I will never return and when I have parties for my businesses I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. Don’t go to this store. Most employees were on their phone while making the pizza without gloves, disgusting.

Pizza was not the best at 12318 Beechnut.When I got to the window after waiting for 15 minutes they told me it was not ready. So they asked me to drive around. So I did but when I got back to the window I asked them could they put cheese in because I had forgotten to select cheese online. They said it would be another 12 minutes. I didn’t want to wait because by now it had been 30 minutes. The cheesy bread was no better. It was not like the cheesy bread I had purchased before there. There was hardly any cheese on it. So just to sum up my order was not good at all. I called and spoke to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. Well considering the service I received today just know that you have lost me as a customer. She should have offered to refund my money. But that’s fine. What happened to the Dominoes guarantee?

Albeit a bit greasy but it’s alright . Not too bad !
Edit 1 – Went again for another pick up order and actually going to take out a star for Mr Bobby, I ordered a pizza at 9 37, got to the store at 9.49 for picking ( thinking it would be done soon, as Mr Bobby started working on it at 9.38 as per the update on the tracker). Instead, he hadn’t even put the pizza into the oven until I got there and instead gave me a snarky remark about looking at the said tracker.
Edit 2 – Waited for 15 more minutes after the above fiasco, went in after seeing order complete on the tracker only to find out that they had suddenly run out of bacon somehow and they didn’t even let me know. Had to disappointgly cancel the order.
What a way to ruin my mood Mr. Bobby. zero stars for service .

1st time ordering pizza from this location, so disappointed because the pizza was really cold and not fresh. I’m only 5 minutes from the store, the bread bites where hot but the pizza was way colder and that’s here I realized. The customer service put me on hold and never got back to me, very disappointed and bad service

It looks they just not put it in the oven, they look like dough pcs.

Order placed online at 1:40 pm 7/21/25 for pickup. After getting back home I found the pizza had not been cut through and the slices were tearing from each other so I did their job and sliced my own pizza. I called to let them know the pizza wasn’t cut through and said it was a good thing I had a pizza cutter so I could do their job for them and was told, “thank you for doing my job for me”. You’re welcome.

I ordered a pizza from Domino’s through my phone and specifically added tomato sauce as one of the ingredients. When the pizza arrived, there was no tomato sauce at all. I called the store to report the issue, but every time someone picked up, they told me to “hold on” and then hung up after a while.
When I finally got through, I asked if they could either refund me or remake the pizza. The person on the phone said they couldn’t do anything because my child had already taken a bite. That’s unacceptable — the order was wrong, and their customer service was even worse. Very disappointed.
