After being delivered an hour and a half after ordering, my pizza was cold and disheveled. My slices were all over the place and some turned over. I’m not eating this trash because I’m not sure if it was tampered with or not. This location should be ashamed of its service.

This location is a waste of money and a complete time suck, not to mention that whoever answered the phone THIS time lied to us, saying that the tracker wasn’t correct, and that our order would get here hot. The order (when we got it a hour and a half later) was cold, wrong, and the marinara dip that we had ordered literally had only a smattering of cheese sprinkled into a sad little aluminum container.
The last time we ordered from them, we had the same issue, but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I had to drive over there at 9:00 pm, just to be told that they were slow because of the pay per view UFC fight. Said they’d refund us, and they didn’t.

My son walked in to get his pizza that was ordered online an when he walked in the young never acknowledged him an so the young continue to talk as if my son was not even standings there. He never said welcome to dominoes I will b right with u. So after 4 minutes or so I had to get out of my car to tell him that I son was there for a ok online pick up an that u are running your head with laughter as if he is not there. They actually have good pizzas here but unfortunately they mess up as every restaurant does, I called them about an order they messed up on and wasn’t cooked properly but as I got on the phone with them she immediately hung up on me as I was talking to her. Then I called back and immediately hung up on me even before I could say anything. Just disappointing as a big chain like this hires people to work for them that have no training much less ethics and instead of even responding they rather hang up. Just horrible and disappointing needless to say that person should be fired.

Absolutely awful experience. They canceled my order with no explanation when I was already on the way. When I went inside to inquire, SIX employees completely ignored me and my family. Half a dozen employees purposely ignored us and talked to each other like we weren’t there. Absolutely shameful behavior.

Ordered at noon 11/05/2022. They delivered me a chicken caesar salad that smelled horrible, was discolored and was clearly expired. Please throw check your bad products (expiration dates, the look; discolorations, etc) as these can cause serious health issues.

Not a good experience. I’ve ordered here before and usually it’s somewhat okay, however this is the second time it’s been pretty horrible. The tracker said it was ready on time and we went to go pick it up. More than 30 minutes later we are barely getting our pizza and at this point I’m just done. They didn’t cover the whole pizza with toppings, it also was not well cooked. For the record it was supposed to have sausage, bacon, and parmesan cheese. Tasted like soggy cardboard with cheese. After trying to eat a slice, I just decided it wasn’t worth it.
I would have been a bit less upset if they had showed real time on our order, updated the status correctly, or even canceled it because they couldn’t fulfill it well. To wait over an hour and have food that really didn’t pass as edible was not acceptable, plus sitting in any store for 30 minutes after being told your food is ready is ridiculous.
I will not be back.

The Mgr, Caitlin, and the rest of her team are awesome! I had placed an order with my card for almost $40 having just $56 on it. They had to cancel my dinner order due to store closing due to a water issue. I was going to have to wait 1-2 business days to get my money back and was going to be without dinner for the night. Caitlin went ahead and had my order completed and delivered anyways! That in itself made my night as she didn’t have to! Caitlin, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making sure that myself and the others in my house got to eat tonight! You’re an awesome Mgr and should be recognized as such!
