I was staying in Brady for the weekend and one weekday. I ordered pizza on 8/4/2025. The pizza was made promptly and correctly. I paid cash with no issues and I was greeted kindly by 2 female employees. The pizza was fresh, hot and perfect. The store was very clean as well. Id definitely return and recommend to others.

Walked in to make a order of pizza and was immediately denied to place an order. I asked why and was told that they were behind on orders and didn’t even offer for me to place and order for a later pickup once they caught up. First and last time I go in to a domino’s Pizza. All I know I won’t stop her again. Everyone there is nice except that one lady chunky with glasses I believe she is a Manger but she needs to go. She has been rude but tolerable but today was it she was as about rude as it can get. And also makes a big deal when you pay cash because apparently she is the only one to get in it.

We just attempted to dine in here at the Domino’s in Brady and as I was walking in with my daughters we just got a female saying, “oh wait, are y’all?” I said eating here yes, and then with her waving arms she said, “we’re not, no.” So we walked out. What does that even mean? And no apology or nothing. Just waving arms, no smile and “we’re not, no” yeah never going to the Domino’s in Brady Tx ever again. Very very rude. Plus there was no sign stating that there was no dine in. Just flailing arms.

The place is laid out beautifully. The atmosphere created there was so nice! from the kind workers, to a step stool where the little kids can watch pizza being made. And the wonderful app that always has good coupons!

Pizza came out of oven and sat for 30mins waiting for delivery. When I called, I was told that the driver could only take 3 pizzas at a time. Driver drove by our house twice after pizza was out of the oven. Pizza arrived an hour after ordered, burnt, cold, and missing toppings.

We ordered $35+ of items. We are regular customers since Domino’s came to town. Usually their pizzas aren’t GREAT but they are at least some better than the $5 pizza from the big box store next door. Tonight they let us down. The first pizza (a medium) had three inches of crust, very few ingredients and it was overcooked. The second pizza (a thin crust medium) also had very scant ingredients and was burnt around the edges. The bread sticks were okaaaaay, but could’ve been much better. The brownies get an A for how they came out. That’s the ONLY reason I’m rating this site with two stars out of five. After all this is a PIZZA place, not a brownie place. I did call and let the manager know that their product tonight was sub-par and he only explained that he had personally cut and boxed all pizzas and he didn’t see any that weren’t up to snuff. Guess I’ll go back to the $5 pies from Wally… Sad….they could fix this but it seems they are choosing not to.

Their deliveries are always within the allotted time if you order online and might run slightly behind if you call in but the extra time is never too long (1-5 min max). Some of their drivers COULD be a bit friendlier and some are very friendly so you may not want to use the pre paid tipping. They seem to have a strange habit of not filling their pasta pans completely during the day. You end up getting half or 3/4 the amount that you’d get after 6 pm. Went through a very bad streak of drivers not checking that they had my complete order before leaving the store or leaving it in their car(I had four orders in a row where my drinks were left at the store and it’s a 20 min round trip from their location to my residence). When ordering wings, if you don’t want as much sauce you’d be better off ordering over the phone as the only place you are given to make a request is the place provided for delivery notes.
