Last couple of times we have gone the food hasn’t been great decided to order anyways. I had an over $40 order, was informed they wouldn’t take my $100 bill that she was going to take previously, and that I could go to dollar general to break it, the lady shut the window had an attitude because I said that crazy. Went to 5 stores on a Sunday, no one had change. Went back to see what I can do because my debit card is frozen, she saw me, walked away from me, got the manager, who said no. I asked him to cancel my order and that was it. We won’t be going back due to the attitude and poor handling of the situation and the fact with even a manager there they refused to A) get in the safe or B) give me change for legal tender for food that isn’t even up to normal dominos standards. We will be going to Papa John’s who has far better customer service, better food, and extremely polite staff.

I placed and order for delivery and they charged my card for $30.16. it shows on my bank account that the payment went through and they turned around and said that my payment did not go through. They are stealing money from individuals and also have employees who are working well under the influence. They should not be able to steal from individuals. I do not recommend Domino’s.

Update: We gave them another chance and the pizzas were delicious! We did not use the app but decided to order from inside the restaurant. It was a good idea! Friendly service and very good pizzas. Give them a chance and see what you think.
We used to love this Dominos but not after our order yesterday. We tried the app for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $20 and we were totally disappointed. The toppings and cheese were sparse while the hand tossed dough was full of huge bubbles. They were basically terrible pizzas and definitely not worth the price. Come on Dominos…you can do better than that. Photos of left overs.

Shout out to CJ he originally forgot the sauces and immediately upon delivery admitted to it and said he would be right back to grab it. Great example of character and atmosphere in my opinion in the past with other companies they would deny the mistake and before I even had a chance to check he was on top of It. So great job CJ you deserve a raise, that type of service and honest is rare and appreciated nowadays.

I used to get cheese pizzas here. They were great. Now they are terrible. Hardly any cheese, big bubbles in the pizza and burnt edges from dirty pans perhaps, see the pics…when I told them they made no attempt to remake nor did they apologize. Time of service or lack of service 720 on 10/01/21

I been a loyal customer to dominoes for the longest and if I walk in or say my name to them they would know who I am -Brandent.. I’m very frustrated bc I order this for delivery all the time never once select for them to leave at door, I didn’t get a knock nor ring on door bell it was taking long and said delivered so I go to check and my pizza was full of ants and salad was brown from sitting outside so long. I support dominoes but this is unacceptable thinking might be my last time

I had a medium chicken bacon ranch pizza. I did have them put Alfredo sauce instead of ranch. The pizza looked amazing and it tasted so good. I will definitely have a hard choice between this and the chicken feta pizza.
The inside was clean and inviting the staff was very welcoming and polite I definitely recommend this pizza and the Bridgeport location
