Shortly after placing the order, I received a call informing me that the order was being canceled. The reason provided was that the staff had experienced an exceptionally busy night, were tired, and wanted to begin cleaning up to leave, despite the store’s posted operational hours. They stated they would process a full refund, including the tip.
While I can appreciate a hard-working team, the decision to cancel a confirmed, pre-paid order of this size demonstrates a profound lack of commitment to customer service and the basic function of an open business.
This cancellation left three working individuals without a meal for the evening.
Crucially, because the order was pre-paid, my funds are now tied up while I wait for a refund, which I was told could take up to a week. This prevents me from immediately purchasing food from an alternative source, causing genuine hardship and frustration for an already hungry and tired customer.
A business open during certain hours should honor the service it advertises. I urge management to review this policy and ensure that customer commitments are upheld.
This incident had a genuinely serious impact. As commercial truck drivers, we operate under strict federal hours-of-service regulations, which often makes it exceptionally difficult to obtain food, especially late at night. By canceling a large, pre-paid order, this store created a situation where three working individuals, bound by these regulations, were left stranded and forced to go to sleep hungry. This is unacceptable and shows a critical failure to understand the responsibility that comes with operating a late-night food service.
I sincerely hope that management will take this incident under advisement and counsel the employees involved on the non-negotiable requirement to remain open and fulfill commitments during all posted business hours.
Ordered a large pizza + stuffed bread using Pinpoint Delivery (which I’ve used for years). The app showed my order “Delivered/Complete” even though nothing was delivered. When I called, the employee said they “have to mark it delivered” because a driver has multiple orders — that’s misleading and unacceptable. After more waiting and another call, the driver accused me of entering “three addresses,” then said he picked one and dropped it off and told me to go get it myself.
Bottom line: order marked delivered but not received, no accountability, and rude customer service. This store needs management to address delivery procedures and professionalism.

Until it arrived and they just threw it together, didn’t cut it at all, it had the chicken and for that I’m grateful.

I ordered a veggie pizza on 07/30/2024 (order #67) and was very disappointed to find a piece of meat beneath the jalapeño. As a vegetarian, this was particularly upsetting. I expected better attention to detail and adherence to dietary preferences. While mistakes happen, this oversight is unacceptable for a pizzeria that should cater to all dietary needs. I hope the management takes steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
Im basically getting a 70% pepperoni pizza this is the worst dominos ever they do nothing to fix the issue as well
