Tracker said my pizza was delivered. It wasn’t. I’ve been in the same home for 15 years and had maybe 50 orders arrive on time. That’s why I gave 2 stars. Called and they said pizza would be sent out immediately. Waited an hour and now it’s rush hour? Could I call back? You have $60 of my money and I have no pizza after 2 1/2 hours. Customer service zero.

The pizza is always good except for about the last ten times at least. I’ve watched the person slicing it and they don’t slice from one side to the other. They use a half round slicer and only got the middle of the pizza so I either have to re-cut it when I get it home or it will tear apart and be a mess.

Crossroads Texas Dominoes app messed up, when attempting to correct issue, store manager could not solve issue and acted as if it’s my fault and was rude. Another employee then stepped in and tried to solve issue and couldn’t but at least tried. Then I had to reorder. Got home and order was wrong. Good grief I feeling like Charlie Brown with this location.

Everyone got . I paid almost$100 for 5 large pizzas and everyone had stomach problems. I called to inform the manager,so no one else would get sick with no return call. I’ve met the head man in charge before. I don’t think he would appreciate this type of service. Shame on y’all. Don’t worry. We will not call Domino’s again. Can’t wait to see what Marco’s Pizza is like.
